Express is my favorite brand. However, this store offers a very horrible service. Maybe I am generalizing, but I had a really bad experience in this store. This "manager" Samantha was very disrespectful and treated me with a really bad attitude when I went to get a refound for an item that I was charged regular price when I found it on the special section with a sticker at a lower price; obviously, I didnt notice it until I saw my recive next day. After explaining this situation to the "manager" Samantha she said "Do you think I am stupid?, it seems like you changed the price sticker! come I will show you where it belongs." Since this person made me feel really bad and also cry in my birthday by accusing me without proofs - a thing called defamation - I decided to leave the store and I said "for managers like you, companies like express loss their customers" and giving a bad attitude like she doesnt care, she just said "ok." People like her transform the pleasurable buying experience into a very horrible experience!
