I was at the Marshalls in Clark around 8pm last night and was astounded by how slow moving the store was and how the manager (did not get her name) was not assisting or calling other employees up to the register. The line was in between clothes racks in the womens section, and up to where the purses are near the back of the store. Their were two women working the register and the line was barely moving. At one point I stood in line for twenty minutes in the same spot not moving at all! The woman in front of me asked the manager if more people could open up registers or if she could jump on just to help the line move. She stated that she has to remain free so if someone needs help on the floor she can go assist. We then saw 6 other employees walk to the front so that the manager could ask how their section was. The store was atrocious. Clothes were thrown everyone, broken objects in the home section, items thrown everywhere. The employees in the sections could have easily come up to open registers just to get the line moving and out the door. But the manager told them to go back to their respective sections. I waited in line for over an hour! AN HOUR! It shouldnt be like that. A well managed store should access the situation and act accordingly. If there is an abundant of people and the line is to the back of the store, the manager should make he decision to pull employees to the register. I will not be going back here for the way the manager was talking to customers when they asked her to open more registers and because of the lack of pure common sense in the management of this store. My mother in law who shops here a lot would rather go to another store even though this is five minutes down the road just because of the way its been this week and in the past.

Ive been lucky shopping Marshalls. Great place for leather handbags, name brand clothing and shoes at discounts that are amazing. They are also great for household items like cookware and bedding. They have a section that has name brand beauty products and shampoos. If you sign up on their website they alert you to whats recently been stocked at your local TJ Maxx and Marshalls so you can shop new inventory you may be interested in. Shopping at Marshall, TJ Maxx and Homegoods is fun because they are always getting in new merchandise and you never know what youll find. They keep the styles current and the prices down. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. They keep the registers well appointed so even long lines move fast. They have a generous return policy. Love this store.

There is an alright selection for both men and women, however their prices could be better. Customer service is friendly and helpful, however it is difficult to find someone to help you even on less busy weekdays. You will be waiting 10 to 15 minutes if you request help. Otherwise besides the long waits the place does have a good selection, as long as you know what ya want and where to look on your own.

Good clothes.good deals. Terrible customer service. Both the employee at the dressing room and the register seemed very unhappy and inconvenienced by my presence. Just saying. I have worked in customer service, I know it can be hard, but you HAVE to keep a smile on and try your best.

Not the best Marshalls Ive been too, but I found an amazing deal for this Yeti cooler bag! A lot of other good finds if you truly dig. However, the store is a tad dirty and some of the merchandise is tossed around everywhere. Wouldnt be my first place to revisit.
