They have quality name-brand merchandise, but the company seems unorganized with the left hand not communicating with the right hand side of the company. I ordered $130 in undergarments according to their size guidelines but the bra cups were too large and I had to return the whole order which cost me $18 in postage including insurance. As per their instructions, I clearly wrote my reorder for the smaller cup sizes on the original invoice which I included with the return. I told them to just substitute any neutral colors if they didnt have the exact beige colors I wanted. Then I waited. And waited. Two weeks went by without hearing from them so I called to see if they had processed my return. I was nervous because this was a new supplier for me and their reviews werent good. I spoke with a nice CSR who put me on hold for a long time. She came back on to tell me they had received my return but she didnt know why they hadnt shipped my reorder and pretty much insisted on canceling my reorder and refunding my money. I was disappointed because now I didnt have my hard-to-find bras and was out $18 just to try to do business with them. In addition, they had processed my refund in two separate transactions three weeks apart which made it difficult to spot on my bank statement. I sent them an email demanding my money to which Eli replied to indicating the dates and amounts of the refunds already made to me. I felt a little foolish. So, I would like to think that they are poorly managed or understaffed rather than unscrupulous or dishonest. If you know your exact size in the brand you like, and you can afford to wait up to three weeks, this could be a good supplier for you. But, Im out $18 for no benefit therefore I wont be a returning customer.

Good quality items. Doesnt give all of the details on the site. I ordered 2 brands and they split the shipment up and gave only one tracking number so it shows delivered. One item i got in 5 days the other Im still waiting on and it has been 3 weeks!!!! I called customer service and they are unprofessional and told me a lie about sending a tracking number for the remaining packages.

At first I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews so I placed a small order because I was nervous. I dont know why people have had bad experiences but I received my item I barely write reviews and I love my item it was exactly what I was expecting and the size was perfect thank you so much I will be ordering from you guys again.
