Great finance and sales team. Mark the sales rep followed up with me promptly when I inquired about a vehicle on the website. I then came in the next day and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The building is big for being a used car dealership; parking was easy, right in front of the door. I spoke Steve, the finance manager regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and he was up front about the price; there was no going back and forth to get a better price; the price given was better than any other dealership had listed. After signing paperwork and getting ready to leave I was approached by Matt, the sales manager; He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to educate me on all of the many features and stated that he was always available if we have any concerns or questions. I genuinely appreciate the car buying experience and highly recommend this dealership.

Poor Customer service!! Worked with a salesperson by the name of Ray. He promised to have an answer for us the following business day but never called us. When we called, he informed us that he hadnt even ran the app and basically said he was too busy to do so and then again promised to let us know the following business day. Yet again no call, and when we called we were told he wasnt in. No one else was able to assist. We tried the following day and he wasnt in on this day. No one was able to help us and we were told someone would "look Into" it and give us a call back. One week later and still nothing. They are very unprofessional and have no sense of urgency. I would not recommend giving any of your personal information to them. Who knows what they are doing with it since they apparently arent using it to run a credit application.

My salesperson (Ray)was very nice, however, they ran my credit and never told me if I was approved or not. I called numerous of times and got nothing but the run around. Very unprofessional. I was very disappointed. I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this B lot. There was no room to park my vehicle! I had to park my vehicle on a residential street then come through the back. I understand you have to work with what you have but come on. Can I atleast get some signs to where to go? Pro: Salesperson was nice and helpful. Con: How they handle business. Business location.

From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, we were given individualized, personalized service. Matt spent hours with us, patiently searching for and finding the car that met my needs, then demonstrating the features of the car and even pairing my phone to its bluetooth. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the process. He was also very communicative and responsive to our questions regarding the features of the car. I would highly recommend Matt and the dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

Terrible they sold me a car that was faulty. Car kept turning off couldnt even drive off the lot because the engine has problems they didnt tell me it had problems and now my engine is completely gone so now Im stuck with a car note and I have to pay 2,500 to replace my engine. I had this car for 10 months. Not happy at all. Do not go get your car from them they are a ripe off

Thanks again for a great experience. My husband and I bought our 4th vehicle last week from Southfield Quality Cars and really enjoy everything from start to finish. The sales people are all very nice and everyone is so helpful. We will be back soon for another vehicle for our son who will be graduating and needing a car.

These guys are AWESOME! Clean cars at great prices from professional, friendly people. This is NOT one of those pushy car lots. The whole process was enjoyable from the test drive to the moment I drove off in my new toy. They got me financed and even gave me a warranty. Cant wait to come back for my next one!
