Im not shocked one bit this poor excuse for a dealership has a two star rating here on Google! My girlfriend bought a car through this place a year ago. The vehicle was covered under manufactures bumper to bumper warranty until 50,000 miles. The car only had 20,000 miles on it when she purchased it. These crooks took advantage of her and sold her a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty that was absolutely pointless!! They charged her $2750 for something that was already covered by the manufacturer!! So I called and spoke to Jeff the "manager" of this "dealership". He says he will call me back with the details of the contract. Well he never did and after ten phone calls back to this place in the next 48 hours I finally get him on the phone. Tried to level with him and explain I have been in the car business for over ten years and know what they did. He proceeds to laugh and say things like "Oh come on, you have never done that to somebody" No Jeff, I have ethics and dont take advantage of people to make $!! So I asked him man to man to have a heart and help this girl out and refund her the full amount. He laughed and said he "left his heart at the door years ago". Then he hung up on me. Now on to Joe Ricci. He refused to talked to me. Left my gf a voicemail saying that his former employee checked the wrong box for what warranty was supposed to be purchased. So if your dealership made a mistake, why wouldnt you man up and make it right?! Told my girlfriend it was her fault that she signed the contract and he would do nothing for her. Ok Joe, you keep scamming your customers and before you know it you will be at a one star review on here! You may stay in business, for now. Keep being a dirt bag and I promise you it will catch up with you before too long. BUYERS BE AWARE AND CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK! These guys are the bottom of the barrel and give us good car guys a bad name! I wouldnt buy a stick of gum from these clowns!

The salesman was really nice, but what salesman isnt especially if they want the commission. However theyre body shop is horrible, the service is all around bad and the shop manager is awful. I was told by their salesman that in order for our warranty to cover any repairs the vehicle had to be brought there. So I took my van in for repairs first thing Thursday morning, over the next 3 days I called once a day to see if they found out what was wrong with my van, everyday I was told by the shop manager that they would get around to looking at it and call me later that day. By Monday I was irritated because they still hadnt looked at it or even called me back. Monday evening they finally called me and told me the problem. I paid the $250 over the phone that night. After that I heard nothing, come Friday I called up there after talking to the car warranty company & them telling me to take my car else where. I call the dealership only to find out they havent even started working on my vehicle. So me and my husband go up there to get the van and the m.manager tells him that they are working on it and we cant take! I go inside and he tells me I was going to give you a call tonight and give you an update. He then proceeds to have our car pulled around for pick up saying he is charging us a $50 fee for looking at the car. They are nothing but a bunch of lazy, liars who are crooks and will do anything to get a dollar. If I could give a half of star I would & that would be given to the salesman. People wonder why no one wants to by American its because you have crooked Americans like the guys at Joe Ruffian stealing from hard working people like me and my family. Not to mention my car rental fee for he week. I hate this place and would never recommend it to anyone

My boyfriend and I were in need of a new/used car. On Monday 1/25/2016 we drove down Telegraph and seen a sign for Joe Ricci, it was the first place we stopped at. We had heard of the place, but never stepped inside. We walked in and were greeted and serviced by Jeff McCullough, the sales manager. The experience was unlike any other dealership weve been to before. Instead of trying to see how much money they could get out of us, Jeff got us into the a great car that had the lowest payment out of any other car on the lot, which was exactly what we wanted cause who wants to pay more than they have to right? We sent him over some pay stubs and insurance info the next day during the day and when we got off work at 5:00 we raced over to the office and came to a pleasant surprise. Everything was all taken care of and we were about to drive away in our new car! We took a test drive, got some great news about our interest rate, which was super low, less than 4% based on our credit and the credit union he financed us through! We signed some contracts and seriously I promise you it was the easiest, quickest car buying experience weve ever had. Everything was taken care of right out of his office, we dont even have to go to the secretary of state to get the title put in our name cause they do it right out of their office!! Today is Wednesday 1/27/2016 and we drove away with our new car last night and its so awesome. I thought Id write a review because we are really pleased with the whole experience. Thanks again Jeff for taking care of us you were great!

my name is Gertrude Hughes. I bought a used 2002 sebring from them. the first thing i asked was what is wrong with the car. dealer said nothing. I drove the car and it seemed to be fine. the next day I nearly got into an accident because of the ball joint. then when my tire goes out on the expressway i find out I dont have a jack. then they tried to charge me for a carfax. I should have known right there but I was excited and desprerate for a car. When i went online for the carfax (which was 50 bucks) I discovered that the car was in mint condition and it only had 92,000 miles. when i purchased it however, it had over 120,000 miles. my advice if the car doesnt have a price on the car dont buy it cuz they will give it to you at any price. One day the people who work at Joe Ricci will have to answer to God for what they did.

I give this dealship 5 Stars without any hesitation. I stopped in to Joe Ricci a couple of weeks ago. I had the privilege of working with Jeff McCullough. He was just amazing. He went above and beyond for me. I am so happy I got to work with him. Jeff gave all his time and energies to my situation and made me feel like I was his only client, even though he was helping more than just me. He actually made my experience a happy one! And thats not how I felt at the dealerships I stopped at before Joe Ricci. Jeff worked very hard to help me and he did. I now have a safe, reliable and great car that I actually love! I am so happy. I strongly recommend Joe Ricci to everyone and I strongly recommend Jeff McCullough even more. Thanks for reading everyone.
