I found a turtle hatchling in the parking lot of where I work so I went to Petsmart and bought everything I needed and more for a few hundred dollars, I used my Chase debit card. The turtle didnt want to eat and it was 4 days so the vet advised to release him into the wild. I went to return everything I bought so I could buy my son a bearded dragon and a whole setup for it. Well the manager I dont know her name (has huge birthmark on face) came with attitude yelling at my cashier about keys and put the money back on my debit card. I was like how long does the money take to come on the card? She was like every bank is different, it can take 3weeks. Im like I was planning on buying stuff. I couldnt have got a store credit or something? She said nope and walked away. It was one week. Everything was in brand new perfect condition and packaging, used for a week some stuff like chemicals, wasnt opened at all. And I couldnt get a store credit so I could go shopping instead of putting it back on my Chase debit card? I knew that didnt sound right at all. I went home and searched the return policy info. Yeah she definitely lied. If you pay with debit you can get it back on your card, cash, or store credit, if you have the receipt, which I did. Definitely wont be going back there once the money is back on my card. This was about 6:40pm 9-16-16 I would have gave 1 star because this store needs new management, but I gave 2 becaus the casheer was nice (doesnt deserve to be treated with attitude by manager). This other girl on the floor that was by reptiles, talked to me a lot about the bearded dragon, she was quite helpful.

To jennifer and the other lady who complained about it taking the grooming salon 2 hours to give her dog back half done. Jennifer- I just have one question. Was your dog matted when you took him in? Cause if he was then thats probably why he was bruised around his genitals. Sometimes when a dog is way too matted, especially around the genitals, they could get bruises or or cuts from the severity of the mat. Its hard to take off mats around that area especially when the dog still has his balls in place and hasnt been neutered. You definitely waited too long to report the problem with your dog. If you would have told them earlier they could have done something for him maybe. The other lady the reason why it took two hours for them to call you back probably was because they were trying their hardest to try and complete your dog. My guess is that they sent your dog back home because he was acting up and was becoming a danger to himself and the groomer. Therefore they couldnt continue the service.

First of all, we arrived at approximately 6 pm and there was no one in the grooming, they had to make an announcement for someone to come out from the back to assist us. She then proceeded to say that she couldnt take our dog because they dont take dogs past 5 o clock, there was absolutely no dog being groomed at the moment and it eas only six leaving them with 4 hours of doing nothing. The lady attending us was also very rude and didnt explain anything to us about the grooming procedure knowing that it was our first time there, resulting in us having to return three times to finally get our dog groomed (we live far) and when he finally did get groomed it took over 3 hours our appointment was at 10 am and she said that it would take a while because they were busy. Then what was the point of the appointment?! When we went to pick my dog he looked exactly the same he was also trembling in fear. overall, WORST SERVICE EVER . ( in the grooming department)

I took my shi tzu there a few times and I loved it at first. That was until our last visit. It was a good 3 hours maybe. As soon as I got my puppy back he was starving and was looking for food and water everywhere. I know that feeding my pup isnt part of their job, but if its gonna be that long a wait they could at least have given him some water. Thats not even the reason why I hate that place now. When we got home I realized that my pup was walking funny and wouldnt want to sit. When I checked, I saw that his private parts were red and bruised. They werent careful at all when giving him his haircut. 3 months later, his parts are still purple. I called to complain and they said they couldnt do anything because we didnt say anything that moment. Ill make sure that if I ever take Toby there again that I have someone else give him his haircut. And to check for any bruises or cuts before we leave the store.

Lisa the manager has a bad attitude. The cashier accidentally gave me the wrong change, she asked me to wait a moment till she opened the register at the next sale, i said that was fine. Problem was the next customer had a return with an issue. The cashier then said to Lisa the manager can you open my drawer so i can give him his change, Lisa said no just continue, now Im waiting and there is an issue with the current customer. So i asked if i could just have my correct change and be on my way. Lisa the manager turns to me and said with a snotty look "Im getting it". Iasked who the manager was and she again with a snotty look and attitude turns and says "iam the manager "...i told her she had a crappy attitude. Got my money and got out! Lisa can suck rotten eggs...I will call corporate on her and will spread the word around town about "Lisa" the Manager.

I give this Petsmart 5 stars ALL because of the great service I received from the cashier, Sarah. I was immediately greeted by her as I walked in the door. Despite her having a long line, she turned to greet me and made me feel welcomed. During checkout, she was very friendly and energetic. She is a great example of excellent customer service!

Went there to buy a bag of food for my dog because they donate a bag for every bag they sell. Employees were very friendly. I will be doing my shopping there instead of the other pet store. PetSmart gets a thumbs up from me

Never again will I bring my dog here. They took 2 hours to tell me they couldnt cut my dogs hair and then have him back to me half cut. Never again. Worse place ever.
