the WORST service I have ever received. I brought my dog in to get his nails trimmed. First of all, my dog never bleeds or cries during this process, but when they took him and cut his nails, blood gushed out immediately and he kept crying, when I asked what happened, the young 18 year old girl said to not worry because she will clean the blood off of him...really?! He was shaking with fear and they just tied his neck tighter so that he would not move, to the point he was nearly choking. I paid for the "Pawdicure" package which includes, and I quote "nail trim, nail grind, ear cleaning, hair removal, light feet trimming and pad shaving, scented cologne enhanced with vitamins, and the choice of a bandana or bow" Let me tell you how glad I was that I waited and watched, instead of leaving him there and picking him up when they finished. because I will NEVER return for this service... The lady cut his nails to the point where he was in a lot of pain and bleeding, and gave him back to me and said she was done... when I asked her about the rest of things included in the package that i paid for, she said that pet parents usually dont ask for it so that she didnt do it.. and the rest of the grooming staff backed her up on that.. Like really? If thats what I pay for, you wont do? So upon request, they took him back to clean his ears (part of the package)... by taking a paper towel and slightly wiping the outside of his ears once, as if I could not do that by myself. After that, she returned my dog again. What about the hair removal? What about everything else in the package that I paid for? They couldnt even do a simple task of cutting my dogs nails properly. My dog was in so much unnecessary pain after his visit here. This place is extremely unprofessional and not only a huge waste of money, but very unnecessary pain for your pet. I feel horrible that my dog had to go through that, and if Google would let me give this place 0 stars, then I most definitely would. BTW, took the lady about 2 minutes before I got my dog back with this package that should take about 30 minutes... absolutely ridiculous and the biggest waste of time. would DEFINITELY not recommend, and I am definitely not returning for any services here. If someone for whatever reason does end up going here I highly recommend that you stay for the duration of the service, to see how horribly they do this. Please please do your pet a favor and go somewhere else, I would not take this service even if it was free.

Ciertos empleados No saben dar trato a la clientela ni a los animales sabiendo q por los clientes es q las cadenas PetSmart estan donde estan.Encontre un gatito frente a mi casa.Para q los carros no lo fueran a matar.Lo logre agarrar y colocar en una cajita.Me dirigi asia esta Tienda.Ya entrando se acercaron 4 empleados muy amables ellos.Le preguntamos si podian ayudarnos,ya luego d explicarles me dijeron q no podian.Ya luego d varios minutos le explicamos q era un gatito bebe y la encargada de la Tienda se acerco donde nosotros arevatandome d mala manera la caja con el gatito.Yo salvando un animalito y esta OGRA tratando mal a los animalitos.Si no tiene corazon y menos amabilidad o ganas para trabajar q se quede en su casa.Por personas como esta es q las tiendas pierden clientela.Definitivamente q a mi no me ganan un dolar mas y mucho menos vuelvo a llevar un animalito.

Customer service can be crappy at times few good employees come here often and always greeted by the young girl in the fish department ,ash, very friendly and outgoing character . Will definitely leave a good review to the managers .Not quite fond of the other girls but there are often very friendly cashiers. I find what i need but at times this location can be out of many products,usually depends on the days i am in. Still will leave a good review for the generalization of the store,including very few employees.

There animal hospital there people have no bed side manners. Wen your not looking they treat your animals like not right like if there a package. I go to stresser.animal hospital not far from there its a low income vet And the doctor that owns the place is great a lot of people go to him. I know him for 15 years. When my Bull Boxer Z passed away the doctor paid for the cremation I have his Ashes. Its hard to find people like him. God bless him. It is said in the bible we are the keepers of Animals.

Cat food options are plenty, the personnel are available for any questions, one associate even helped to my car to assist with my purchase and then asked for advice on how they could improve their adoptions. I recommended contacting Feline Inc. for support options. The gentleman associate was very open and seemed open to considering reaching out to Feline Inc. the correspondence meant a lot to me being I only adopt animals apposed to shopping.

One of there managers Dalia.or Deliea, so very rude and makes up her own rules even when proven wrong.The Store At the Brickyard has gone down.Have been a loyal customer for seven years since my dog was a puppy. First the groomers cuts my baby while grooming and refuse to take responsibility. I wrote the president. Of Petsmart.,no response didnt even throw me a bone.Ha Ha! Now more rude Management. Goodbye,Hello Petco.

4 dogs waiting, 2in the parking lot coming in...no groomers had arrived and there were two store employees trying to sign on to the system unsuccessfully.. they said one groomer had called in sick...total disorganization...not going to leave my dog for her to be caged for 4 hours until they finally got to her

I been taking my dog here for years to get groomed. Maggie is the best. Always makes time to squeeze my dog in even if she is over booked and still goes over and beyond to make my dog look great. She is pleasant and always cheerful. As long as Maggie is there, so will I and Lilbit.

I have been shopping at the Petsmart on Elston, and I definitely think the customer service at the Elston location is better. The associates at this location were not as friendly nor as helpful as at Elston. I may have just gone there on a bad day, but I was not impressed.

Desiree did an amazing job at grooming my poodle! It was Minnies first time at this location & she left looking amazing from head to tail! Desiree did everything I asked her for & also, Minnies nails looked amazing with the nail grind. Will come back and ask for Dez.

terrible grooming. My dogs tail is still tangled and they didnt even wash her neck or head! i know that because i used ear medicine on her for a week and all the oil is still there. i rather pay extra $20 somewhere and actually have my dog clean.

Friendly workers, good accessories, toys décor, animals are okay. They need to make sure they know what they tell you. I was hoping to get two free fish but couldnt since of inconvenience. Otherwise, a cheap good place for your pet.
