Fine for the occasional necessities in pet supplies and food - my wife and I are frequent visitors for that stuff. Not as good in other areas though. We took our lovable and energetic dog there for grooming and were not too pleased. First, they called us about 30 minutes after leaving him saying his skin was dry and they needed to use a different shampoo on him than normal. We were well aware of this and expected it but they told it was an extra $6 for it. I said fine, he was already there but was also aware that the other places weve taken him use this kind of shampoo with no extra charge. We got a call about 3 hours later saying they were finished but his back end was still wet as he didnt like the drying process so they couldnt finish on him. Hes been groomed professionally a handful of times without any issues like this so I was a bit concerned. When we got there one of the employees (Hector) told us our dog was difficult to groom. He said "Your dog is not only overweight, but hes obese, and he is stubborn and lazy - he wouldnt listen to me and I had to drag him across the floor". Well for 1, he is a 100 lb lab, and our vet says hes in good health, just a big dog, and he is one of the sweetest dogs around - though he does get excited easily. Because of his "poor behavior" we were then charged another $6 as a "handling charge" because he was difficult. We were told when we bring him back theyll reverse the fee if they see improvement in his behavior. So I paid what I would have with the additional fees for a bad experience what I would have paid at one of the smaller places who love our dog and treat him well. He isnt ill behaved by any means and I didnt appreciate the insulting of both him and us as dog owners by Hector at Petsmart. On top of it, the dog was exhausted and somewhat timid the rest of the day and night, not his normal playful self, which tells me their treatment of him was not what it should have been. I dont recommend them for these services and I guess Im out $6 because Im never taking him back there ever again.

The lady at adoption department was very rude to me and my wife. We came in there earlier in the day and looked around at kittens and went home. We decided that we would love to have another family member in our household and aent back around 930PM to adopt one of the kittens. We filled out the paperwork and handed it to the lady, didnt catch her name, and she glanced at the paperwork for a second and said to us "ohhh you dont own any other pets" me and my wife looked at each other and said "no, not at the moment, hence why were here now. We had pets before" she told us "well I dont feel like giving you guys a cat since you dont have any other pets". The rudest response Ive ever heard. She just seemed like she didnt want to deal with us at 930PM and wanted to go home. I will never go back to this place. They have these poor little kittens locked in a cage but wont let us adopt one. I will be contacting management as well as their corporate office first thing in the morning about this.

I had a puppy. And i got for him health care plan. After one vaccine, I found for him forever home I want it to cancel plan, they asked $270 Anyway anyhow I couldnt reduce the damage But agreed to pay a monthly And they end up with over charges me by 2 months I asked refund They said i had to cancel after you pay of your balance I told her One of their supervisors didnt told me so, if he told me so, i would do it And she says they got some Rule (to hustle?) Just stay away from these people Dont take that Plan If i had a time i wanna sue this people for my $60

My dad loves hosting greyhound meet and greets and I love volunteering with the kittens. The people that work there are very nice and always helpful, such as their dog trainer, who has known me for a long time and always remembers me. They have large selections of various creatures, such as fish, kitties, birds, insects, rodents, turtles, amphibians, and many more. Definitely 5 stars.

Very helpful staff, they can order what you need if they dont have it. Great dog trainer, Crystal, here. She helped me with my dog, training him so he wasnt so reactive to other animals. They have cats for adoption here too.

Everybody friendly and willing to help you, I recommend the cat adoption here the cats look always so happy they are well cared for and they are rescue cats what more can you ask.

For adoptions - the best time to reach Sarah Cole is 8pm to 9 pm week days, its best to call or text, volunteers are usually there 12 to 3 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Finally got my ghost shrimps, now my fish tank is complete. Thank you petsmart. All the staff that Ive dealt with is very nice.
