I love this place for a lot of reasons but I do have some issues with this store. My loves: Great Brady st. location. They sell Fromm - great dog food made in Wisconsin. They have a good selection of grain-free foods and all-natural treats. Friendly staff (they ask if its ok for my dog to have a treat when she comes in with me) and its never crowded. Cute accessories - leashes and collars. We got a GIANT cat tree there for about 50 bucks for our kitties - it was a great deal and they love it. My dislikes: There are treats everywhere - 99% are right at my dogs face level or in baskets on the floor. She grabbed a pig ear while I was checking out and all I could say was "I guess Im getting that too..." Expensive... the food prices are decent for the quality but if youre going for basics like poop bags (over 7 bucks for 3 rolls when I had just purchased the exact same for 2.99 at the walgreens across the street) get them somewhere else. Their hours are a bit inconvenient. Closed Mondays and they open at 11 or 12 every other day of the week, so theyre only open 5 or 6 hours a day. Basically I only go here to get food and special treats. Its a cute shop, convenient located, and I like supporting small businesses.

Great neighborhood pet store with a large selection and friendly, personal, and accommodating staff! Store is very quirky just like the street its on. They are always unbelievably nice to my dog, Shelby. They spoil her! Their selection of high quality dog food, especially Fromm is much appreciated. Their prices are quite reasonable- only a few dollars more than youd pay at a large chain, but anybody with any sense knows that when you patronize a small business, youre supporting the local community. Your extra dollar goes right back into maintaining a business that helps make the neighborhood successful and unique. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Milwaukee!! They also have plenty of toys and food for our cat too!

If you buy your pet supplies from Ecopet, it will be the last pet store you need to search for. Moon takes such good care of us. Always a special treat for my pets, who she loves like they were her own, and always able to answer my questions. I am always proud to say I shop local for my pet needs, because she sources the highest quality, locally made food (with grain-free options) like Fromm. Ecopet also offers the best Fromm loyalty program as well. They take care of your rebate! Just collect your food labels, and bring them in for your free bag. No fuss, no muss. Plus, my dog has a favorite place in our neighborhood. Its like Cheers, but for pets! 10/10 would recommend.

Moon does an amazing job of keeping her store clean and well stocked. Ive been shopping with her for over two years now and I recommend EcoPet to everyone I know. Shopping there always feels like home. She doesnt pressure anyone to make a purchase in any way. I have often stopped in just to say hello! Her prices are good and she has lots of organic and holistic pet supplies and food. If you need a really awesome cat tree, EcoPet is where to go! She sells handmade cat trees made from actual trees, and they are far cheaper than the box stores particle board ones. Whats even better, EcoPet sells no live animals, so there is no worry about the welfare of live product!

I come here several times a week with my two dogs and we just love it here! The food is good quality and the treats are as well. My dogs tend to have bowel problems with cheap treats like the ones you can buy at Walgreens or petco. But all their products are really good quality. Plus the owners are awesome!! Prices may be slightly above larger chains but you have to keep in mind that this is a small business in an expensive area. I dont have a problem paying a dollar or a few cents more for a convient location run by great people! Im so happy their are near me!

I love having a place to get special pet food (Fromm) and toys for my kittens. Its a little pricey but does have a pretty good selection of items. My experience is that there are more dog items than cat items. Ill be going back to select another carrier and probably pick up some more toys for the cats.

Always friendly staff, my dog loves the complementary treats...sometimes even 2 or 3 if shes behaving. Fantastic selection of dog food, treats & toys. I would highly recommend without hesitation.
