Stay far far away from this place. They may have low prices on Vipers and other nice cars but what I have had to deal with is not worth it. You will end up paying more in not only money and stress but the amount of time wasted is never ending. For anyone thinking it can get better going to a manager or owner is wrong. It started off bad with Sean sending me a car that didnt match what he said it was. After he stopped returning calls and texts I had to reach out to Jody Cruz the owner or President or whatever he calls himself. He seemed like he was an honest and up front guy. He had a manager named Dustin jump on to help resolve my many many issues. They tried to say it was the shippers fault but I had proof it was not. They said they would pay for the issues and make sure I was happy. I did after weeks of bugging the manager and another staff member get some parts and a check but the job was not done. After waiting and waiting for more parts and labor fees I ended up eating the costs and ordering and paying for them myself as my car was not moving for 30 days at this point. After also spending 3k to ship my car to them and this car to me it took almost 4 weeks to show up. I spoke to Jody again who "wanted to make me happy" and said to send him the bill after it was all done as he didnt want me to "send him small invoices" so I agreed and sent him one in Novemeber of 2016 to never hear back from them again. I didnt even sedn the invoices for the parts and labor I had to cover. So in short even when paying 90k for a car I had to pay thousands out of pocket in time, stress and money to fix the issues they knew about. I should have just had them buy the car back for what I paid for it and been done. I did however get a text from Sean this week about a new Viper we had spoke about buying. I asked him if it was a joke being all the issues I have had with the dealer. He stated he would talk to Jody that day and get back to me as he knew nothing of these issues. I figured maybe they will do the stand up thing and pay me back for my car plus extra for the all time, $$ and stress and sell me the new car at invoice like they said they would to make me happy. At the least pay me the few hundred dollars from the last invoice and cost of a key but imagine my surprise that they just disappeared again without a word. I say avoid Palmer Dodge, avoid Sean, Dustin and Jody Cruz at all costs!!!!

Horrible doesnt even begin to describe our experience. Everything started out nice. My husband and I went to view a 2014 Cherokee Limited. Our salesman, "J" was nice and straightforward, which we appreciated. He worked hard to negotiate a more than fair trade for our car. Everything went south when we met with the finance manager, Austin. He showed us our options for payment and when none of these options worked for us, he said that was all he could do. Never once were we asked for our monthly budget amount and when we gave our budget amount ($75 less than the lowest offered option) we were told that there was nothing that could be done. Empty promises were made that they would wait to hear from other banks and call us next day (more than 24 hours later and still no call). When we went to leave, we ran into James, our original sales rep, we told him no deal and that we needed to get our car back. Annoyed doesnt describe the look on his face as he realized he was going to have to go get our car that had been moved to the trade lot (even before the deal was signed). Prior to moving the car to the trade lot, they removed our car tag. After waiting 5-10 minutes, repeatedly telling the surprised sales reps/manager that we were walking away from the car, our car was returned. My husband asked who was putting on the tag since they removed it. They basically told us that we were to put the tag on ourselves. The whole "here to help" attitude changed immediately as soon as they realized we were not purchasing a vehicle from them. When they took the tag off, they also took the tag screws. We had to wait another 15-20 minutes while they joked, threw a football in the showroom and made half-ass attempts to locate some screws that would fit our car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would. Sure, they are nice and polite as long as you are willing to meet their demands and not question their financing procedures. But if you walk out on a deal going south, expect to be treated like the red-headed step child. Awful. Just purchased a Jeep from Newnan DCJR and if you want to see real, honest customer service, visit that dealership. Hassle free and a team that really will work to get the best option available.

I am glad to see all the good reviews but our experience was not so stellar. My husband and I were traveling to the Atlanta area. We used our Durango to tow our travel trailer in the extreme heat. While we were visiting we brought the Durango in to have the oil changed, fluids topped off and fix anything that looked amiss. They looked at the odometer and said that the vehicle needed the 60k scheduled maintenance. Our other vehicle, of a different brand, is always serviced at the dealership. No matter where we take it the service dept can see the cars service history. We assumed the same would be for Palmer Dodge. But either this is not the case or they didnt check the records or they would have seen that the 60k service had ALREADY been done. My husband trusted them to have the records up to date so agreed to have the work done. He brought it in at 7:30 am with the promise that work would be done by noon. At 4:30 they had not called us. We called them and learned that the Durango would not be ready until morning. Thank goodness we could borrow a car! The bill was twice what my husband had expected to pay. We picked the car up early the next morning. The Durango did run smoothly towing our camper on the way home. We asked our home dealership for advice on getting reimbursed for duplicated work. They recommended checking both dealerships to see if the work was recorded. The first dealership had indeed put the work into the data base. That meant either Palmer did not see it or pushed the sale anyhow. I called Chrysler Customer Care. They said that Palmers notes state that all work was requested by the customer...of course it was. The service manager said that it needed to be done. My husband would not have asked for the 60k maintenance otherwise. Bottom line, make sure everyone knows your cars service history. We trusted this Dodge dealer to honestly know what needed to be done to keep our truck running smoothly. We trusted wrongly. UPDATE: Palmer Dodges leadership has been proactive in working with us on this issue. They have reached out to investigate what happened and contacting us to find a resolution.
