THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED! I purchased a USED 2006 VW Jetta 2.5L from Chris Motors located on Flat Shoals Pkwy in Decatur, GA. Upon test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase the car, it was sold to me a little less than 10,000. Before the transaction was finalized I asked the dealer if this vehicle was a rebuildable or if the car was in any type of accident, they assured me it was not. I also we ahead and purchased a Carfax History on the car just as another step of safety. After I turned over my downpayment I didnt receive any further communication on the status of the dealer replacing the car battery and providing a spare tire for the vehicle. Upon attempting to register my vehicle down with DDS, they told me the car never had an emissions test completed on it, and I should go back to them since the car was not suppose to be sold without the used car lot having one completed. I recently took my car to VW for a scheduled maintenance and the VW Dealership of Lithia Springs told me that my vehicle was in a "major collision that left the front bumper, broke core support and caused damages to right headlamp. The damage to the core support is causing the cooling fans to move and hit the front of the engine. This can cause the code p0481 cooling fan relay code to present for the check engine light." The fact that the car was damaged did not show on the Carfax History nor did the Chris Motors tell me this CRUCIAL FACT.

DO NOT,, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.. THEY ARE ALL LIES !! I WAS TOLD MY DOWN PAYMENT WOULD BE 1,000 WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS QUOTED 2,000 AND WHEN I CAME BACK WITH THE 2000 IT JUMPED TO 4500 ?!?! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY LIERS OUT TO TAKE ALL THAT THEY CAN AND THEY DONT MIND LYING TO GET ALL OF YOUR MONEY. JUST BECAUSE YOU LIKE A CAR THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT..OUT OF ALL CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES THIS 1 BY FAR WAS THE WORST IVE EVER HAD. NEEEEEVVERRRRR EVER WILL I GO TO OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE NOT ETHICAL AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE BLATANT DISREGARD TO CUSTOMERS BY LYING TO ATTEMPT TO CHEAT US. CHRIS MOTORS WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS LONG AND IM GLAD IN THE END I DIDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS WHEN THE INITIAL EXPERIENCE WAS UNFAVORABLE. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW MUCH UNETHICAL BUSINESS IS DONE THERE.

I went to Chris Motors and purchased a car. The Chriss helped me a lot they, worked with me. My rates where lower, and my car payments are lower than what they first quoted me. I fill that chris motors is a great place if you are looking to get a car. And you really dont want to go to a large dealership and get a car.You should go to Chris Motors and get a car. I believe that if you hear bad things about a car dealershp. Go to the place yourself and check it out yourself and see what it is about. Thats what I did with Chris Motors. It wasnt about just getting a car. Its about getting a car and the person who sales you the car. If you fill comfortable about that than you will get a good car.Go to Chris Motors and get a car, they have all kinds of cars. For all ages as well.

I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM CHRIS MOTORS ON 9/15 BY 10/2 MY VEHICLE BROKE DOWN! THE VEHICLE ALSO HAD MINOR PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT VISIBLE TO THE EYE AT THE PURCHASING TIME. THE CAR WILL NOT LOCK, EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT WORK, TAIL LIGHTS HAVE A SHORTAGE, IN ADDITION TO THE FUEL PUMP WENT OUT. THE FUEL PUMP FOR THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE IS VERY EXPENSIVE. CHRIS ADVISED ME THEY WERE NOT GOING TO COVER THIS MAJOR PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH IVE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR TWO WEEKS.HE ALSO ADVISED ME HE COULD NOT GIVE ME A LOANER CAR BECUSE IT WAS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY! ALTHOUGH I AM AWARE WHEN PURCHASING A USED CAR THERE ARE RISK. HOWEVER THE WARM FEELONG THEY GIVE TOWARD U WHEN TEY WANT U PURCHASE IS NOT THE ATTITUDE I GOT WHEN MY CAR WENT DOWN! BEWARE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!

I must say I was really surprised with how smooth my car buying experience was. Both Chris were really helpful and worked with me to get the car that I absolutely love. I have sent people over to them and they had a great experience as well. When buying a used car you have to do your research on the car that you are going to purchase. People think that cars only tell a story based on the exterior. You as a buyer have to do your homework check the VIN numbers and look at the report on the possible car that you are interested in. Also look at the reviews online and look at the common problems that come with buying any used car. CHRIS MOTORS TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY AND THAT IS VERY RARE TO FIND WHEN BUYING A USED CAR.

We purchased a car here for our daughters 16th birthday. A few weeks after someone hit her car from the rear, when the police arrived and ran her temp tag number through the DMV, it came back not registered to the car we purchased (chrysler) but the tag was registered to a BMW.. When we immediately called the dearlership, they did nothing to try and remedy this situation. As a matter of fact Chris suggested that we go down to the DMV and fix it ourselves. Horrible service and we will never ever be back
