Been shopping here for years. Ive endured the long lines at the gas pumps, the crowded parking lot, the long lines at the checkouts & the long wait at the food court. I like shopping here. I like the product selection which cant be found at an ordinary supermarket - Gemco was the closest. But tonight, I was compelled to says something. The Moreno Valley store has a remodeled food court. The arrangement of the equipment behind the window was not thoughtout very well. Waited over 45 minutes for my pizzas...at the new food court. Give yourself plenty of time on a Saturday if you want a pizza. Make sure you. "check in" with the person behind the window. The window that Costco management has designated as the "Pizza Only" window. Make yourself a pest by "checking-in" several times. If you dont, your pizza will be given to someone else. I saw it happen twice tonight. Customers were not pleased, to say the least. Management should put up a sign to inform customers of the "new" arrangement. "Pizza Only" line. I had to ask an employee for directions. Thank goodness she was there. Good pizza though but not for the 45 + minutes I waited.

I love the service , its nice and clean great people. I go with my sister in law I dont have a membership card since I only shop there like once a month sometimes every two months. So I use her card when she goes, and weve never had any problems. But today I went with her and the cashier named Michael he was African American he seemed to have a problem with me he said I wasnt a member so I couldnt buy there. Even though my sister in law paid for it with my card. He refused to give me a receipt and was rude about it . He raised his voice at me &said your not a member you dont get a receipt. So we got supervisor and said my transaction didnt go through so thats why he didnt have a receipt for me. He threw my receipt away. But when told his computer was going to get checked to see if he was lying he decided he wanted to give up the receipt. I found it really rude of his part. I felt like I was being discriminated. But I thank the supervisor for taking his time to help us out. Other than this experience the service is great.

I was very surprised with all the negative reviews. Ive been going to this Costco at least once a month for the last 3 years. I have never had any issues. I once had an employee go above and beyond helping me find something after the store had announced it was closing. Ive also needed to return an item, and did so successfully without any issues. In responce to an early review I read, I believe they ask you for your reasoning so that they know what to do with the product you are returning. Or if it it just a matter of taking advantage of a new sale price, they can give you the diference rather then trashing a perfectly good item. I dont have any problems with them asking me for my reasoning. I have also dropped my credit card and ID in the parking lot of the tire department, and an employee found me and returned it to me. So no complaints here!

Love the samples but sometimes the location of the carts cause backup of carts and customers. Lines need to be faster. I noticed that Costco has 2-3 employees overseeing the traffic jam of long lines but sometimes I just see them standing there and conversing instead of directing. Perhaps my frustration level had reach a point of no return and it seemed like they were not doing anything. My only dissatisfaction with Costco is waiting in a long line and then have to wait in another long line if you bought an item that is not on the floor. Love the great gas prices. Lately I have noticed that the price at Costco is the same as out in town. Will continue to use Costco here in MoVal but love the big one in Riverside.

Bueno, me gusta costco, pero en realidad es demasiada gente, dure 5 minutos buscando donde estacionarme. La gente adentro de la tienda no tiene maneras, esta tan llena la tienda q no se puede caminar. Y algunas personas son groseras. Su productos q venden esta muy bien. Pero creo q la tienda esta muy chica. Para tanta gente. Gracias.

This silly retail chain doesnt have an express lane for checkout or self checkout causing ridiculously long lines. (Its main competitor, Sams Club has self checkout and an express lane) Always super long lines at the gasoline pumps. Gasoline prices are some of the lowest in the industry. Not even Arco beats them. If you dont normally buy and use a bunch of stuff in bulk, I doubt if you will like Costco. Not everything here is a true wholesale price (Case in point--the clothing)..The sales clerk product knowledge is "Russian Roulette" Its either very good or very bad. They mostly only have famous national brands

We join every year, but have Sams club as well, the buyers at Sams use this thing called discretion to put out items we enjoy, Costco puts our warehouse wholesale stock items for various businesses, it isnt any better in their store then it is from the mini Mart they sell too. Best items- toilet paper, water Worse items- food pre made. Meat over priced. Bake goods - great value for cost. Freshness of goods - poor, can be two days to a week from cooked to market for made fresh. Based on consumption so dont buy anything well stocked. Gas- over priced can pay for Sams membership with what save in gas alone.

Today is 11/11/12. In Corona Costco gas is $3.62 for regular. Here it is $3.73. I found out that depending on location fuel prices are upto 10 cents per gallon more at this Costco. Why? You cannot explain it is because of distance since the other Costcos are nearby. Answer I was told by their team is the decision is made by local management and does not reflect the average small percentage which made Costco what it is today. Dont agree? Get the gasbuddy app and check for yourself. Not cool! We pay for membership rights and should be able get fuel for close to what other Costcos are charging.

They have the BEST tire center wesome staffs and awesome service I had slashed tiers but they were so rare and specific that most of the tire centers dont keep in stock. The staffs tried their best to solve the problem and the manager drove more than two hours just to get the tires for my car. The staffs were very friendly that they made me comfortable while I was waiting. By them, I could understand what they meant by saying "treating the customers like a family". I really, really, really appreciated their amazing service They definitely deserve more than five stars.

I lost my drivers license right after getting a membership at this costco. 2 days after losing my DL I called costco and was told that they DID NOT HAVE MY DL. The next week I return to costco, and at the checkout counter my costco card was blocked for some reason. Turns out they put a hold on my costco card because they had my DL. I then asked if they could get it for me. 10 mins later they return to tell me that they cut my drivers license up and to have a good day. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!
