Horribly crowded. One of the problems with this Costco is that there isnt another big one close by. Everyone flocks to this one, so it is always crowded and lines are almost always long. Although, i think they may be trying to remedy the long lines on occasion, but dont be surprised if you have to wait behind 3-5 ppl. Also, their fruit... about 1-2 months ago, summer 2011, A friend bought 2 containers of strawberries and cherries, the next day he told me they were crawling with fruit flies and he had not even opened them yet! Today, late summer/early fall, their strawberries.... MOLD! every box on top had mold! some were really bad and some were barely noticeable, but MOLD! Luckily i noticed the horrible boxes before I grabbed one of the less obvious ones. Their selection, like every Costco, frequently changes, which can actually be very bad! For example, I bought a couple of their large planters (the pots you plant small trees and large flowers in) but now i need more... and they stopped selling them! So, now ill have to buy non matching planters. Parking is HORRIBLE!!! expect to park about 3-4 rows away from the store front, it may not sound like a lot, but if you saw it, youd understand. there are always cars sitting in the rows waiting also. The food court is standard, but outdoors! this is one of the large reasons people flock to this store and crowd the parking lots, anyone can buy their food. And, good luck every finding any employee to help you find anything. they are so rare here.

the staffs at this costco are ill mannered.on sep 27 ,2017 i was exchanging my note 7 recall . the process took very long and finish around 9pm was the last one to come out .i forget my wireless headset while charging on phone kiosk.within 5 mins I go back and knock the door .a staff come out. i told my situation. she replied costco is closed.I told her I know where l left it charging and request her if she could get it for me .she just keep showing her authority and insist to come back tomorrow while try to act like is my own fault. then i ask for the staff(Diane) who i paid the phone at standalone counter ,she told me Diane already left which she was lying and told me they already lock down the kiosk .The lady i spoke to is worse than Trump and Hillary if she get appointed to run for presidential race .within minutes she insulted customer like a fool .a warehouse like this has so many employees after the store close to prepare for the next day and it could easily lost . when i went there the next day,the kiosk staff said the tablet was already reconnected to charge when he get here and he did not see one . I spoke to the lost and found lady .she might already know what is going on in the store with employee ethics so she refuse to look in the camera .So i just want to sams club and open an account after that.

I live 5 minutes from this Costco, but I wouldnt recommend coming here to anyone that gets pissed off by the worst parking situation you can imagine. There are fights for parking here. Cops are called at least once a day. I actually watched an Asian man put a "woman" into a headlock because she got in his face about him stealing (which he did) the spot she was waiting for. The highest concentration of rude, greedy, non-apologetic, free-sample food grabbing Asians in the whole of California. There are people, lots of people, who come here and do nothing but go from free sample to free sample on a repeated basis. They crowd around the free food samples and block off everyone whose trying to actually shop. Once they get their fill they leave. It takes hours to do that! The employees who work here are warned not to talk about it for fear that they may sound racist, but I know people who work here and they all aspire to work at another Costco. This isnt about racism, its about rude behavior, greed, and feeling like since theyre the dominant race in this area that everyone should go somewhere else. I actually heard some Asian woman say that to an Hispanic woman! How dare us "born in America" people come into their space and try to buy a hot dog? Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

...update: Was really impressed by this Costcos obvious understanding of and genuine desire to improve upon the problems mentioned above. Parking is still difficult but there were vacant spots. The staff...well I was WOWED by their dedication to customer service. They went above and beyond for my family and did it with kindness, the good kind of humility, and displayed genuine concern for their customers. They ran to get something we forgot without us even able to begin to ask!! It was AWESOME and I take my hat off to their commitment to improvement. Its something I try to do every day of my life. We can always improve and its refreshing to see a local Costco branch doing that which many people or companies do not have the guts, desire, drive, or confidence to do. BRAVO FULLERTON COSTCO!!! Original review: WORST, MOST GHETTO COSTCO EVER!!! HORRIBLE PARKING, HAVE HAD TO LEAVE TO FAR BETTER YORBA LINDA COSTCO ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS DUE TO NOT ENOUGH/APPALLING PARKING SITUATION!!! IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE NOT IN AMERICA AND DIG VISITING A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, BY ALL MEANS, VISIT THIS CRAPTASTIC COSTCO.

Ill say upfront that Im not a Costco member, nor have I or any immediate family member ever been. However, because a recent experience with the Alhambra Costco, I feel a need to offer some praise and thanks. On Saturday, August 29, someone very close to me fainted three times due to successive incidents of heart failure. She was shopping at the Alhambra Costco at the time. I was called initially to come pick her up because Costcos management didnt think her fit to drive herself. When I was on my way, she fainted again. The management quickly decided that the situation was more serious and called the paramedics, who then had her transported to the hospital. Im giving Costco five stars because of how I personally saw the management take care of a customer in an emergency situation, and because of what my friend has related about the floor workers who initially helped her when she recovered from the first fainting incident. Alhambra Costco has proven to be efficient, kind, and understanding, even on an extremely hot afternoon and in a terribly crowded store. I think them from the bottom of my heart.

This is by far the absolute worst Costco I have ever been to. It is pretty much the 99 Ranch of Costcos with the invasion of Asians and the hostile environment causes me anxiety every time I think about having to visit. I feel like Im entering a war zone with very little ammunition. The gas station is also located in the most ridiculous spot. You pretty much have to navigate the entire parking lot to get to the gas station line and the line is always ridiculous, so be prepared to wait in a long line that is backed up into the parking lot to get gas. The amount of time wasted usually never amounts to the amount of money Im saving so Id avoid this Costco at all costs unless you really need to pick up items in bulk and too lazy to drive to the Costcos at Montebello or City of Industry. People are rude and theres lines for everything (samples, checking out, returns, optical, food, gas, etc). You will spend 20-30 minutes on any given day just trying to find a parking spot. I highly recommend parking FAR away (near Joanns or O-Kook) and just walk if you must visit.
