Photo Department Seriously, this review is about the photo center ONLY. If you want customer service, if you want knowledgeable caring people. If you dont want your photos cropped where your heads are missing, if you dont want them to use excuses after excuses as why this happened, then dont go here. Ive had one problem after another with this department, starting with horrible Christmas cards, and today beats the cake. After they cut our heads off on our pictures ordered on the Internet, they blamed us for not ordering them correctly. We did order them correctly according to their very instructions.When I asked them to redo them, they very conveniently were not able to do that because they only keep them 7 days. Of course Im 1 day late, thus, I must drive back and reorder them all over again. I guess the people who print these images assume we dont want our heads. Im so done with this Costco department. It needs a total rehaul. They WILL not EVER take one step extra to help you.

STELLAR IN ALMOST EVERY ASPECT!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ @ this Costco location!! Sweet, kind and helpful employees, great products and selection! Great pre-made foods, great meats, fish, etc. Love shopping here!! Opthometrist department is great too with friendly, sweet staff!!! Three thumbs up!!! Most, but not all, products in stock when you need them. Thats not perfect, please Costco NOTICE when certain items like your chicken BONE Broth are disappearing soon after they come back in stock and RE-ORDER IT WAYYYYY BEFORE IT RUNS OUT, so your customers dont have to wait 1-1.5 months before it comes back into stock. Thank you

I like the store very much, nice and roomy with very clean presentation of the goods. The majority of the folks there seem very responsive and all. Its everything I expect in a costco from the warehouse perspective. EXCEPT... For the Optometrist. Their folks in the glasses dept are definitely helpful, but their independent optometrist does not pickup the phone. I called at least 8 times in 2 days and not once did I receive a single human being. Its ridiculous, and they need to fix this. They lost my business due to this situation.

Too long a wait , people with other person card allowed too shop. I told Steve Heller mg at Laguna Miguel store and he gave me the district mgr phone # so I called and spoke with Lindsey who said Frank Farcome Dm would look into this matter and call me back. Didnt happen, no follow through. Why do I need to pay yearly membership fees when you let people who Dont pay their fare share. I think this action was political correctness. Shame

Great location. Friendly staff who are always helpful when you ask to help fund something at their site or another Costco. Parking can get crazy up front near the entrance but there is plenty of parking in the back. They have gas at this location. Food court is located outside in a covered location which is nice since you can get food on days you dont want to shop or deal with the inside crowd.

I love this store. they really stand behind everything they sell, and so far EVERYONE is SO nice, and eventually certain long time employees start to recognize you as a regular and engage in small chit chat which makes me feel special like they are your friends and are glad to see you. i only wish they had a longer hours like in the other nearby stores 9-9 or even 8-10.

Good CostCo to go to if you are in the area. Opens a little earlier than ten which is nice for a day when there are many things to get. Very clean and well organized. The staff are very nicely dressed and very eager to help! Many other shopping places around for when you dont need it all in bulk! Great location and Highly recommended for great prices on multiple items!

everythings is great except I wish they carry all the product in another brands as well as Kirkland, poor quality, high price, any time I need a product does not come in another brand I have to go to different store, I really dont want to support this brand. unfortunately its huge in Costco

CAUTION!! This place is like Vegas. Go with a limited budget in hand, no way to get to more funds, and friends who are broke. Otherwise you will walk out of there broker than a newly divorced man! But really, their product selection and quality of goods is second to none. Love this place!

I love Costco... even though its only my husband and me we still make a weekly run for staple items... the only readon I did not give 5 stars is that sometimes it would be nice if more checkout lanes were open. More than 3 carts in line should be a signal that more lanes are necessary!

Again, the tire department continues to over promise and under perform. Had a rotation appointment for 7 AM and was told upon arrival they wouldnt get to it until 8:30. I suppose they assume no one has any business to conduct other than them. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Luxury Wedding Films

I like that they have a huge selection of organic and healthy food like green cold pressed juice, fruits and vegetables, organic milk, eggs and bread! Also rotisserie chicken is really delicious and big for $4.99. Not mentioning the deal on gas every time...

Great prices, but seemed products were not grouped logically...e.g. kitchen trash bags not with paper towels, lunch bags, plates, cups, etc; but instead they were all the way on the opposite side of the store. I had to ask an employee.

Another great Costco location. Similar stock to other locations in the area. Has a food court area selling basic Costco fair like hot dogs, sundaes, etc. Ibised to buy chicken here but have found better prices at Sprouts.

Great shopping experience. Great selection. Prices are moderate to high but they are large quantities so you actually are paying less for most of your items, you just have to know your prices.

massive parking lot, so thats a plus. not the largest gas area but it seemed to move quickly. getting into the parking lot can be tricky on busy days, but there was no issue finding parking.

Clean store, more things than my Burbank store has and much more pleasant customers to shop with. Easy to park, located near other stores in a well lit area. Very nice store employees.

Their customer service was awful. That used to be Costcos strength but they are as bad if not worse than everyone else now. Why are we paying membership to be treated like Wal-Mart??

My mom amd I will go to this Costco just to get coffee creamer for my grandma. The Costco that is closest to my home doesnt sell coffee creamer there for some odd reason.

This was a typical Costco. It was nearly empty right before closing. They do not have as many Asian items as the ones in Irvine or Tustin, but everything else was fine.

Who doesnt love Costco? Friendly employees, clean store, clean and relatively fast food court. I also really appreciate the on site gas station with very easy access.

Lots of things for great prices. For a family of 4, you will save enough on milk and eggs to justify the yearly membership fee. Great cash back program on purchases.
