Horrible customer service. I tried calling Eddie Bauer to cancel an order I had just placed. They gave me some bullshit excuse that because it was an internet order, they couldnt access it in their system and couldnt cancel it such that I would have to wait until the package arrived and then refuse it and send it back at which point they would credit me. Im DONE with EB! Lands End and LL Bean are far superior in quality and customer service. I dont understand how in this day and age, a company like this "cant" cancel an online order when EVERY other online merchant Ive ever dealt with has that capability. They get an F for customer service!

There arent many, or any independent Eddie Bauer stores in the area like this, and they truly deserve to be here. Everything is well organized with a great variety of products, and the staff is ready to help. The same sales in the malls and website also apply, so you can get great deals more likely in the size you need.

Good selection of items with friendly staff but most items are really over priced if not on sale. When items are on sale pay close attention to your charges because the sales associates do not pay attention to the price charged with the advertised discount.

Never buy Eddie unless there is a major sale. Personally I think his prices are outrageous for what his clothing is but you do get a lifetime guarantee so if it tears or you dont like it or its whatever it theyll give you another one
