Fantastic store and owners. I searched high and low for the perfect outdoor patio set for the Lania of our new home in Odessa. I looked online for weeks but wanted to try it out before I spent well over a thousand dollars. I visited the big box stores, but everything felt and looked cheap. I knew I was searching for something with Sunbrella fabric to get the best quality and warranty and I really wanted to sit in a set to get a feel of the comfort and quality. I visited several stores in the Tampa and surrounding areas yet couldnt find an inventory large enough to find and sit in the perfect set. I happen to drive by Palm Casual on my way to Leaders on Dale Mabry and am glad that I did. I was acknowledged by the owner, which I found out later, as I stepped thru the door. He informed me that they were factory direct, low price guaranteed, so no haggling allowed or necessary. I sat in two great swivel gliders, which I couldnt find anywhere else, and saw countless fabric options in the showroom to give me an idea of what would ultimately be my expectations if I were to purchase. I left to ponder the options and price checked. Palm Casual Simply had the best available quality and price. I went back and purchased a custom set with my fabric liking. It came in and was delivered the exact day and time that I was promised. The young delivery men were profession and expedient. I found out later that one of the delivery men was the son of the owner. Its very refreshing to see a hard working family run operation offering in the door to final delivery service. As it turned out, I saw an unravel of rattan on our new dining room table and called in to request a new one. It was a seamless request. It was handled professionally and immediately, again by the owners. I received my new table the next week as promised. I will absolutely buy more items from this store and these always present and involved owners. The furniture we purchased is fantastic and has transformed our lanai to accentuate our new Florida outdoor lifestyle.

We came to Palm Casual after shopping at the other large patio stores in the Tampa area and being very disappointed at the quality and comfort of the products available in our price range. We were looking for a seating group with a coffee table, probably in wicker but were open to anything. What we had seen in the other stores was uncomfortable and, at least we thought, fairly expensive. We were offered their higher end furniture as an option, but that would have been more than twice the cost and it wasnt even available in any of the showrooms to try. We got the impression that we would be buying a name rather than a set of furniture. Thats when we found Palm Casual. When we walked in the door, we saw two different wicker sectionals that we liked. We sat on the first one and we liked it. Steve told us to try the second one promising that it was even more comfortable. The second set was a little larger and we both fell in love with it. And it really was even more comfortable. We decided at that minute to purchase the second set, the Sonoma Collection. After we decided which pieces we wanted, Steve asked us the color of the house. I had a picture on my phone and he suggested a color scheme for the cushions and the throw pillows that we liked. We had to reschedule the delivery a few times because the outdoor kitchen contractor didnt complete on time, but Steve was fine with that. Now that the furniture has been delivered, we are extremely pleased. It is every bit as comfortable as it was in the showroom and the colors look spectacular. Ive already recommended Palm Casual to a friend and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the highly priced famous name furniture. Steve was pleasant, accomodating and very helpful. He made the entire experience a pleasure.

My wife and I decided it was finally time to go shopping for new patio furniture. We visited several stores and were very shocked at the prices for quality furniture. On our way home we saw Palm Casual and decided to stop in. That is when we met Steve. We found him to be very easy to talk to and helpful. So after an hour or so we made our selection. The furniture we decided on, colors and fabrics had to be custom made. My wife whispered to me " it will be weeks or months before we see this stuff, but it is just what we have been looking for at a GREAT price, lets buy it." and that is what we did. My wife had mentioned that she wanted it as soon as possible and man did Steve deliver. So, at the end of the day we got amazing furniture with custom made cushions, an excellent price and value, a 30 day moneyback guarantee, 10 year warranty on the frames, a 5 year warranty on the cushions and had it delivered in less than a week. I feel like we made a friend as well through the whole process ( Steve is a very cool guy ). I would highly recommend Palm Casual to anyone that is in the market for Patio Furniture. I cant say enough great things about Palm Casual. Their products are high quality, and every one in the store treats you like family. My husband and I first went in over a year ago to begin shopping, but we were indecisive at first and then got sidetracked with other house projects. Over the course of a year we probably went into the showroom at least 10 times to change our mind and price things out. But every single time we went in, Steve and his wife were patient and helped us work through dozens of fabric choices and furniture designs. We didnt feel pressured to make a decision sooner than we were ready, and everyone was very accommodating. When we finally ordered our set it was the week before Memorial Day so we were hopeful we would get it in time for the weekend, but knew the holiday rush may be a lot. We had expected delivery within 10 days but it was delivered in 6 days, and just in time for the long weekend. We were very impressed by this. Steve called us the day before to let us know when the furniture would be delivered, and it came exactly when he said. The gentlemen who delivered it were wonderful and set everything up for us. They took the time to make sure it was how we wanted it arranged, and took care not to dirty the cushions while setting it up. We are thrilled with our couch and cant wait to spend the summer outside. Palm Casual is a wonderful, family owned business that provides high quality products, and well recommend them to anyone.
