We purchased a bedroom set and within a couple of months the mattress was sinking. When we went to do the purchase I specifically said I need something firm but turns out it wasnt. So the mattress started sinking I called the store and they sent a tech to check it then I got a call that they will exchange the mattress. I received the exchange and the same issue it started sinking and it was so soft. So then I called them and they told me to go to the store and select a new mattress which we did. No complains with it, but the the day of delivery the drivers were unable to deliver the box spring cuz they said it couldnt go up the stairs which I find odd cuz when they delivered the old mattress they were able to. So like always they did several delivery attempts to have the box spring to my new mattress delivered and they said still couldnt get it up the stairs. So I called the store and they suggested a riser which is better. So I got the riser and its good but my bed needs the slots to hold the side rails. without them my side rails are wobbly and couple of nights ago one of the side rails came off and also my headboard doesnt have the support which when we move the headboard hits against the wall. Our issue has still not been resolved its been more than a year for it to get resolved. Unfortunately we have financed the bedroom set so we are stuck with the company who is charging us a lot of interest rate too. We are not happy with the bedroom feels like Im throwing the money in the well.... What a way to cheat people well done Ashley. Now Im stuck with this stupid company and their crappy products. I promise Ashley will not get any other business from me or any of my family and friends

Searching for sofa bed. No one was at the front to greet us when we entered which wasnt a big deal to us. We started looking around and then we approached Beatrice Roosmark for help. She was warm and friendly and offered to help us after she finished up with a customer she was working with. That worked for us b/c we wanted to look around more. We continued looking around and a short time later Beatrice found us and helped show us some other options after we explained what we were looking for. She was professional, kind, and patient (we had 2 young kids in tow so her patience was highly appreciated) throughout the process. She never tried to hard sell us or up sell us even when we asked to look at some entertainment centers. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional sales/design consultant at this Ashley Store that is not a pushy salesperson - she will take the time to help you with finding what youre looking for and not rush you through the process. Weve been to this location a few times before to look and not bought because we didnt find what we were looking for or wanted to think it over before purchasing, looked-found what we wanted--and purchased same day, BUT this was our best shopping experience yet at Ashley and we will definitely look for Beatrice when we come back to buy more furniture. Even though it was only 1 furniture piece we purchased that day, our great experience left a positive impression on us to come back and buy again from Ashley so we will definitely look for Beatrice when we go back.

Purchased over $5,000 in furniture including a dining room set at the Wesley Chapel - FL location. First for all, I was told, delivery was 3 days. oh well, took them almost a month and 3 separate deliveries. So I had to take off work to be available in their 4 hours window! On the last delivery one of the shelves were broke of my TV stand. They will send me a new one (10 days delivery again) Anyway that I can live with no problem but...major problem was my dinning room table. After a few days of delivery I cleaned it with a cloth with little moist of water. Since my wife is very allergic to home products. We dont use it. Then the nightmare happened: The cosmetic painting came right off by itself after a few hours. We have a nice set of windows and the sun hit the table and paints melted away. Anyway...called their office, they told me to call the INSURANCE company that I did pay extra. Called...since the insurance company now says it is a defective product I had to call Ashely back (after so many hours lost on the phone) Now Ashley Furniture customer service says that I damaged it. That there was no way this could happen. Made me feel like I was trying to steal from them. Tried to talk to their manager and they hanged up on me. After many call backs and waiting and waiting they finally agreed to send a tech to my house. If they dont fix this issue I will take this to court, because I feel totally robbed by this company and I will never ever buy from them again!!! Total disappointment!

After shopping around for a bed for my master bedroom I decided to stop in and see what my local Ashley had in stock. Laura greeted me with a warm smile and showed me several pieces in the style and color I wanted, but I didnt really love any of them until she showed me the Windville Upholstered Sleigh bed. What a beauty! It wasnt exactly the color I was looking for, but it was everything else I ever dreamed of for my room, so I easily decided I could make the color work. Sadly, my delight came to a crushing halt when I saw the price tag for that bed. Im sure it was worth every penny, but I was on a budget and it was a bit too far out of my financial reach, so I had to walk away. Wanting to help me out, Laura was able to reduce the price enough to fit my budget more comfortably. It was still more than I wanted to pay, but I just knew I would never find anything of that quality and luxury at that price, so I just could not resist. Not only did she help me find the most beautiful and perfect bed I could ever imagine, but she was also able to make it more realistic with my budget. Im still waiting for my bed to be delivered, but for the most beautiful and well-built upholstered bed Ive ever seen, I dont mind waiting a little longer. Thank you Ashley Homestore, and thank you Laura for a wonderful shopping experience!

First off, I love Ashleys Furniture, but their customer service and delivery is another story. We have been customers since 2012. The latest purchase was a bedroom set and a bar stool (to add to our 2 that we already have that we purchased in 2014). Long story short, it took 3 deliveries for us to finally receive the 1 barstool. I was not home when it was first received but when I got home I noticed it was a completely different stain and different height (locked into place bc they are swivel stools). I was 9 months pregnant at the time and after it taking so long to be delivered, I tried to just deal with it. We recently went to the new Ashleys Furniture location on Dale Mabry and saw the stool at that location, that looks exactly like the 2 we have at home. So I called customer service to see if we would be able to have the stool switched out for the stool we SHOULD have gotten. Their response was that because Ive had it in my home for 4 months, theres nothing they could do about it. My thing is yes, I should of called right away to get this fixed but this is a $70.00 bar stool. We have spent thousands of dollars there and the fact that they cant help a loyal customer with 1 barstool is ridiculous to me.
