I would not even give one star but I have to, its not deserved. Horrible customer service, staff very rude. They DEFINITELY dont stand behind their product. I got new furniture from this store and had a first complaint and was told they would write me on the board to call, never got a call. The furniture was getting worse after a month, called back to be told someone would be out at their convience and certainly no rush on their part . They finally came out agreed furniture was defective and now its been another month and nothing. FOR YOUR SAKE PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE, FURNITURE DETECTIVE AND THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT. RUDE, UNCARING STAFF. All they care about is the dollar signs. Its ashame Citrus County has this place here. Most furniture places are honored to have you as a customer, not this Babcock. I could of got better quality furniture online used than what I got from them.

I bought a couple of items. The first one was used but has worked well. Where as the second one was new supposedly but looked like it had been used as there were scratches and chips on it. Customer service is fair. It is apparent they prefer customers who intend to spend a lot. They should be thankful for any customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go to a garage sale or consignment shop and you should be able to find comparable items for a lot less.
