This store is absolutely terrible. I dont know how they stay in business. They sent me furniture with missing parts and there only remedy was to wait 2/3 weeks or indefinitely for the parts to arrive. And the incompetent store manager Glen had the nerve to try and pin it on the delivery service that THEY contract with, by stating that the missing part is between me and the delivery service. The box that they (Badcock) loaded had been previously opened and re-taped, but Badcock didnt have enough sense to ensure all the parts were included. We paid for a warrenty but could not even get anyone to come service a problem due to their error. We paid for shipping and assembly and ended up having to go to Lowes get the parts and assemble it ourselves a 300 or more lb bed and Im 411 100 pounds. I escalated the call to corporate and the customer service, while friendly had very little to remedy the problem. That is unacceptable. So if your looking for quality furniture and service, dont even waste your time with this location.
