i bought a whole set a fridg , dishwasher, stove , and microwave, thought it was real nice but the older lady that works in the finance department was so rude and hated her job and made it obviouse. so u get a yr warranty and the fridge broke the next day and they had to replace it with a new 1. then the microwave door broke and they said they would order the part and it would take a few weeks. well after 2 weeks i had to call every week cause they wouldnt return my call and if i talked to the manager he would say sorry its on order . so i waited 5 months to have them fix it finally they came and fixed it and 1 week and the handle broke so i called and they did the same thing. they never called me back or returned my messages and i never got the part fixed. the door is still broken. i would never ever go back to this place and i got approved for 5000 but i wont ever use it cause these people are awful they are privatly owned i think and thats why i guess they do such awful business.

Well, the devil is in the details. If you choose to shop at Appliance Mart be sure you understand what kind of deal youre getting. Ask about the warranty for appliances but get the details. Find out what that warranty will do for you. If, for instance, you buy a Samsung refrigerator and have problems with it while its "under warranty," what recourse are you expecting from your warranty? Ask Appliance Mart if they participate in the manufacturers buy back and exchange program. If they tell you they dont, ask them what that will mean for your warranty if you have a problem with your appliance. If that means you have to deal strictly with the manufacturer as I have had to do for months, just be aware of what that could mean, the time it will take, the headaches you will have to deal with. Then ask yourself if the deal is still worth it.

This was our first experience with Appliance Mart since they were located @ Hamlin shopping center. We were greeted at the front door (SPID) and given very helpful information regarding the purchase of a dishwasher. After the purchase on Saturday, scheduled delivery/installation was on Monday afternoon but were promised a call before delivery. Received a call from Fred early Monday morning, he gave me approximate time and then later received call from staff @ Appliance Mart giving me the same info. Fred arrived as promised and was extremely professional, did a great job of installation and was very neat and a total great guy! We will be using Appliance Mart for all future purchases and please thank Fred for being such a first class guy!

I purchased a window a/c unit for over $400 and wanted to exchange it, new in the box, for a refrigerator. NO DEAL! That was after I contacted the store on numerous occasions and was told they couldnt do anything without contacting the owner. After several attempts this was what I got. NO DEAL! So, now Im stuck with an A/C unit I dont need (due to remodeling). Never buy from this company!

Delivered a refrigerator that was DOA. Then, they took another 4 days to even call back to schedule service... Which wasnt until the following Monday. Refrigerator had a refrigerant leak and they will have to deliver a new one. New delivery couldnt be scheduled because their system was down. Were now going on 2 weeks with no refrigerator.

I purchased a new front loading washer & dryer in February for about the same cost as a single unit from another store. Not only did the store hold them until I moved, but they delivered & installed them quickly, easily, and professionally. Im now considering a vent hood microwave, as well!

Just purchase a dryer from Appliance Mart and was very pleased with our experience. They were all extremely knowledgeable about the products and patient as we weighed all of the pros and cons. The customer service was above and beyond. We would use them again for our other appliance needs.
