I LOVE THE NORFOLK SEARS HOMETOWN STORE, THE STAFF IS BAR NONE THE BEST SALES TEAM IN TOWN, THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY OF ANY APPLIANCE/HARDWARE STORE IN THE AREA PERIOD RATHER THAN DEALING WITH SOME KID BARELY OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL AND COULDNT TELL YOU HIS/HER ELBOW FROM HIS/HER ASS AS I KNOW WE ALL HAVE HAD THAT EXPERIENCE AND ITS NOT VERY FUN OR PRODUCTIVE. UNLIKE OTHER STORES IVE BEEN TO, THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT HERE ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT IF THEY GO SIDEWAYS, EVEN IF IT MEANS BENDING "POLICY". I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP AT ADAM AND KENDRA KYNCLS SEARS HOMETOWN STORE AND SUPPORT A LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS THAT INVESTS BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH CHARITY AND MANY OTHER AVENUES MOST PEOPLE ARE UNAWARE OF. LONG STORY SHORT, GO TO SEARS NORFOLK, BUY FROM SEARS NORFOLK, SUPPORT SEARS NORFOLK BECAUSE THE WAY I LOOK AT IT IF WE DONT HELP EACH OTHER OUT IN THIS DAY IN AGE WHO WILL?!!! BECAUSE THEN WHO WOULD WE BUY OUR TOOLS, MOWERS, AND APPLIANCES FROM, MENARDS?... I THINK NOT. THANK YOU SEARS NORFOLK FOR EVERYTHING YOUVE DONE FOR MY FAMILY AND I WE APPRECIATE IT GREATLY!

Had someone greet me at the door as soon as I walked in. Asked me if I needed help and took me to the item I needed. Sales associate was knowledgeable about the item I needed. I asked about changing the part out and she gave me a website that I could go to for details along with her explanation.
