Really disappointed in the service Ive received. Ordered a washer/dryer combo early May. The washing machine had to come from another store, so were told it would be 2 days. Went to pick it up on the appointed day and it wasnt there and no one could tell us anything. A call to them the next day and found that it had only made it half way there and was still at the distribution center, as they had a big order to stock up for the upcoming Holiday and there wasnt room on the truck for ours. So stock was put ahead of our paid in full product and we had to wait additional time till the following truck was scheduled. For the dryer, we were told that it would be 7 - 10 days, as it had to be ordered. We waited. After the promised time was up we called and no one could tell us anything. A few more days, we called again, same result. More days, same result again. Then calling again were told it would be here either Tues or Thurs of last week. Nope. A call to them on Tuesday now this week and I expressed my frustration, and was told they would look into it and would call me back the next day and not drop the ball. They did not call. Just went up there now today to insist on some answers and got the run around yet again, with STILL no idea when it will be here. Its almost 4 weeks now. And there has been no contact initiated by them, its all been us calling to find out what is going on. Really poor service. I wont be giving them further business and wouldnt recommend them to others. ***Update: It is now 3+ weeks later from what I shared above. Once again, I had to call to find out that finally, my dryer came in yesterday. And that because of the Holiday weekend coming up, it would be an additional 6 days from now before we can get delivery. Well be picking it up instead, and will not be doing business with Appliance Smart in the future, and will not recommend them.

Do not buy from Appliance Smart if you value your time. OR save at least $50 by reading this if you still want to buy from them. Appliance smart scheduled a 7:30-11:30 delivery window for a washer/dryer, which they missed. At 11:30 I called them and they had no way of contacting their driver. They then promised me a delivery window of 1-3:00 and that I would be at the beginning of that window. They couldnt deliver right away because the appliances were never on the truck in the first place (so why have a delivery window starting at 7:30 if they never could have met that window?). The delivery then missed the second window and did not arrive until after 3:00. Appliance Smart made $192 of net profit on me based off of their margin from the manufacturer (inside source) and refused to offer more than $30 refund which was their total delivery cost despite talking to a manager. I took the $30 and am now teaching you how to save from them instead. If you do still decide to buy from Appliance Smart know these things: 1.) They match delivery and disposal fees from all other retailers. Lowes is $15 per appliance disposal and free delivery. You will save ~$50 in this. 2.) Make sure you call their SALES dept at the beginning of the window to see where you are at on their route. I was unable to reach their delivery dept. They contract their delivery out, so they will tell you that they have no way of reaching their drivers, but they can. 3.) If their delivery is delayed vs your window, the sales department is authorized to refund the entire cost of delivery without much escalation. Generally, the company has no accountability to the results of their contract delivery company (at T&H delivery). They are rude, uncompromising, and unwilling to admit fault. You might as well buy from a big box store.

Lower price than alternatives. You are at their mercy for delivery, so have your own means of getting it home. The "salesman" that we interacted with stayed with us the whole time, and was perfectly capable of answering all of our questions. However, getting knowledge out of him was terribly difficult as he volunteered no new information. He seemed to think the sale was a given for the lowest price freezer, and therefor would not take us through the pros and cons of any of the other freezers available. I paid a bit extra to buy a similar freezer from AC Carlson Appliances for immediate delivery and solid education. After AC Carlson I now know enough that I could sell freezers, whereas I learned nothing from ApplianceSmart.

Place sucks! Waited for them to find the dishwasher there computer said they had and ended up settling for the floor model that was missing hardware. So waited some more for them to search down hardware. Then they sent us to the back to get loaded and wouldnt answer the shipping and receiving door. Since it was raining i opened the garage door that was cracked and got rudely confronted by a brother who was bullshitting instead of wrapping my washer. I told him if i worked that slow id get fired and he blasted his mouth again and failed to help so i loaded the washer myself. I wont be back.

ApplianceSmart switched their delivery company this month and they never showed up on day of delivery. Store manager said they would come the next day and they called as promised the next day saying they were on their way only to arrive over 2 hours later! They didnt bring everything needed (that I bought fro ApplianceSmart) to hook up the washer and electric dryer and ApplianceSmart 1st said theyd send them out again and then called me later and said they wouldnt. 2 days wasted and I ended up buying the parts myself and hooking up even though I paid them to do it.

Wow!! I was amazed with the total customer service we received from RICH L. He knew all the products features and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions. After purchasing a large range vent (price & features blew others out of water) we then shopped Sears and Sears Outlet also for a new refrigerator. Customer service, features, brand name and of course price made it an easy choice to buy at Appliance Smart. Even the loading dock guys were great. Sound advice on anchoring, tie-down and were very careful with the refrig. YES! We will shop there again.

I ordered a set of appliances. Workers loaded all appliances. When I got home, found out they had loaded a white fridge vs stainless steal. Called store, had to make trip back. Came back with correct fridge. Once unloaded and unpacked noticed a large dent in freezer door. Called store again, said would have someone contact us to come out and replace. Received call from installer, asked him to schedule time with my renter for install. Renter never received a phone call. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Had an issue with damage done to my trailer from moving guys not listening when asked to stop. Bottom of the fridge paneling bent and scratched up. Spoke with the manager Travis and he was very rude and condescending. Wish we wouldve never purchased our dishwasher and fridge from here with such terrible customer service. Ps if you do purchase from here dont purchase the self install kit we purchased both for the dishwasher and fridge and didnt require anything from the kits.
