Extremely unimpressed with this store. My son and I walked in and were stared at by the two person staff, no acknowledgement. We looked for a specific replacement part, and enjoyed the woman working the register arguing with her daughter in front of customers she was cashing out. The part we needed wasnt found (by us) and we purposely walked in front of them on the way out, again with no acknowledgement. Just stares. Complete lack of customer service and hostile environment.... Its amazing what a "hello" will do. We will drive 100 miles if needed to avoid this store.

What an unexpectedly great shopping experience! Nathan was very friendly and professional in helping me find a washer that met all my needs for volume, frequency of use, dimensions, features, price and availability for same day pick-up. He explained how the machine met or exceeded my needs and why others would not. He was patient, but efficient in answering my questions and explaining the product functions and features. Ill certainly be back to purchase other products from this store. Thank you.

I have read the reviews and responses, I would like to add that I have seen the younger associates helping multiple customers, in person and on the phone all at the same time, with grace. They answer their phone and will call you back where some stores wont. If they do not know the answer to your question, they try to find one on the computer or calling by another that might know. the current management is trying to restock and reset the store to carry more items.

i live in Rockdale,TX. believe it or not but its very convenient for me to go to sears in Taylor.not a big size store but good environment and people know me by my Name, its not a big thing for some of the fox buy it feels very good. The employees at the store always helpful and will try to do their best. anytime i will prefer Taylor Sears over big Sears stores.

Employees were very helpful. The employees even stayed open late just for us as we arrived just before closing. They explained the differences between the dishwashers we were considering and knew which had the highest reviews, this made our decision much easier, and we got a great deal. The store was clean and organized. Great local business!
