Stay away from this business. We were sold a washer that did not work right day one. They have been on site 6 times to repair this washer. The first time on site, the tech noticed another part that looked to be going bad but did not replace it, nor did he tell us about it. We found out the 2nd part needed replaced after the washer broke down again. The onsite tech mentioned to the business when he got back from the first call, he thought the 2nd part was going bad, but they never once called us or offered to fix, until washer broke a week later. Weve asked to speak with the owner multiple times, but we get the "hes out today... Ill have him give you a call tomorrow" everytime. We have yet to receive a call from them after multiple attempts. I cannot say it enough... Stay away from this business!

Bought a fridge from them and less than 2 months later the fridge quits cooling and i call to see if theyd come repair, made an appt and no one showed up or called. Made another appt again no call no show, i called and talked to the lady who told me that the technician needed to order a part and it would be in the following week. The technician finally shows up as planned and then he seemingly is too lazy to even look under the fridge like he said needed to be done but he "didnt feel like it". Horrible horrible service. I shouldve known by the first bad sign. I open up the very first fridge when looking around and find a cockroach, the lady tells me "we get those a lot" ugh... Never again!!! Go to DTs people

If I could rate zero stars I would. We have had problem after problem with our washer and dryer. They dont always show up for scheduled appointments and claim there was never a call placed for them. No one returns our calls and when they do there are no answers for our questions. We have gone to the physical location and no one claims they can answer any of our questions that the people we need to talk to arent there. We will not do business with this company anymore and we hope that no one else will until they learn to treat their costumers with respect and follow through like a normal well run business should.

Bought a fridge, it stopped working after a month. They picked it up and it took two weeks to get a "temporary" fridge out to me, when they said it would take 4 hours to fix my old fridge. We had the temporary for TWO MONTHS when it finally quit working as well. Then the owner, Chris, cussed me out on the phone and threatened not to deliver my fridge at all. TERRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

Very clean place, with very clean appliances compared to other used appliance places in town. I went to all of the stores and was really impressed with the honesty and straightforwardness of the owner of M.A.A. in Delano. Got a great deal and the whole transaction including delivery was super efficient. Highly recommended.

Bought a washer and dryer from them over 5 months ago. They picked up the dryer the following day. I have never used the dryer, and have been waiting for over 5 months for the new drum to come in for the dryer. Chris doesnt even return my calls. Very unprofessional!

This is a horrible company to purchase from and get repairs done. On the phone they are unprofessional and not very friendly. I bought both a washer and a dryer from them and I have had nothing but problems. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!
