This a new ATT store with modern design and a huge selection of devices including Oculos Rift. Management here was very nice and checked on me. Service was also good and our sales agent, Kai, was very thorough and meticulous. Overall a very positive experience with many employees to keep the wait down. The only downside is no wifi. They only have a mobile device to tether since corporate has not approved a real wireless solution. The other downside is turning into the store. Turning left is a pain so its a lot easier to turn right when you are headed west on 20.

I scheduled an online appointment, and even on a busy Saturday, I was helped as soon as I arrived. A staff member even greeted me upon arrival and opened the door as I walked in. The store is spacious and comfortable. My sales rep, Mike, helped me with my plan and recommended a case for my new device. Friendly and knowledgeable service. In and out in no time - very happy with this location and the ease of my experience. #attemployee

After suffering from horrific wait times and customer service across the street at Taco Mac, the service at the AT&T was exactly what I needed. Ron was courteous and quick to help out. Definitely will be returning to the Canton location when I need help with my phones. Thanks!!

Didnt wait at all, but there are times when theyre busy....call ahead and ask. They did try to sell me extra products and services, but hey, theyre salesmen, right? A firm , "Im not interested and this is all I want" quieted the sales pitch.

No one greeted me when I walked in or told me they would be with me momentarily. I walked around the store for 10 minutes before leaving. No one said a word to me. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

New store. Big improvement over their previous Canton Marketplace location. Just difficult to get to the store if coming from Canton eastbound on route 20.
