I went to ANOTHER store in the area, Mobile Finity, that was much more helpful and honest. This is why: They appear helpful initially but does not actually know what they are doing and quite deceptive to boot. I tried to switch over and they had an issue transferring a number. They actually charged my card first and then had to go reverse it without giving me an explanation on what went wrong. No effect made to actually fix it on their part. In addition, they tried charged me $12.25 more than what is actually required to open up a line at boost mobile... All these bogus "taxes" that when I asked other stores, do not actually exist.

This is the WORST Boost Mobile Ever!!!! Myra is a LIAR who also happens to be the store manager. This place lies to their customers and when you try to contact the owner they act like he is unreachable. Someone needs to take accountability for this business. If you want to be screwed over, go to this Boost Mobile and speak to Myra.

This store is so awesome just as the staff! Every time I go in I am greeted with a "hello welcome in, how may I help you" and am helped as soon as possible. Also they never force me to buy anything and are so helpful with whatever!
