I was in great hands!! Lydia was wonderful! I lost my phone Sunday and by Monday I had a new one. Tuesday I asked my very techwise son, to come over and help me set it up. Hes good, but couldnt do it either. Finally, today I got t the Verizon store at 2101 Harrodsburg Rd., Lexington, KY. I am not encaniclly mechclined, in fact, I cant even say it! I am not technical, at all! When I walked in I just presented my new HTC the young lady and told her I didntt know how to turn it on, set it up, or anything. When I left: It was setup, and I knew how it was setup! And, I knew how to reconfigure and change its presentation if I wanted to. Thank you, Verizon! Im no longer afraid of my new phone. I love it!!!

I went into the Verizon store after my phone battery wouldnt stay charged whatsoever. The rep went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. Tried multiple cords, cleaned out the pocket lint in the port, and did everything possible with no luck. He then set me up with a new price plan for my account which really helped offset the cost of my new phone. The rep made me feel extremely comfortable with no pressure at all when it came to getting my new phone which isnt always the case. I will only go to this rep from now on because of his stellar job taking care of me and putting my needs first. I will always recommend Verizon to friends and family not just for their phone service but also because of their customer service

Todat was the greatest experience I have ever had with any cell phone company. The young lady who helped me is very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know about the phone; all of the functions of the phone; the service That comes with the phone. She was very clear and concise about the billing process, plus how many minutes can be used and the complete funtions and options the phone does posses. She was very congenial and helpful without being pushy with accessories, but made me understand the importance of the accesories that actually protect the phone and all of the important pictures and information that are vital to my business and personal information.

I drove all the way to the Lexington Verizon store to meet my favorite rep ever. I only go through him because of the service he always gives me no matter when I reach out to him. My phone has been freezing and my battery never lasts. But I didnt want to spend a lot of money on a new phone. After of tons of trouble shooting he finally worked some magic and fixed my phone. He wasnt even working that day, but still took the time to meet me to take care of the issues. I owe him the biggest thanks and highly recommend Verizon to everyone I know, especially when they take care of their customers like he does. And...........he is a cutie!

Ive had a Verizon account for three years with really no issues. Out of the blue this guy calls from the Verizon store on Harrodsburg Rd in Lexington, KY. He told me he could save me money on my plan and could I come in to talk. I told him Im only available on Saturday. He set up an appointment time for 1 and met me there. The meeting was great, very informative, by the end I had a new phone and added my wife to my account, her also a new phone. Thanks to his foresight to know what the customer wants. Remember you can get a phone anywhere, get service from 4 major providers, but this store has it the people and the service.

Excellent - I will not go anywhere else. I left the store having been the beneficiary of generous attention. It was clear the gentleman assisting me could gage my level of understanding and meaningfully adjust fire. He could decipher my questions (I am not smartphone savvy), and his ready knowledge and patience were REMARKABLE. Things were not only set straight, but he checked my learning, so that I was better able to get the VALUE I would hope for from the service and produces I pay for. The person that took care of me was the best. She went out of her way to ensure a smooth transition to a new plan (unlimited data!) and was also great in helping facilitate my turning in an old phone for credit toward a new one. All of this was done in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Most impressively, perhaps, was the fact she sold me a case for my phone. Ive never been a case guy, but she convinced me, without upselling me in that annoying way sales people sometimes can. Looking forward to doing business with again!

Went in to upgrade my phone.Everything went extremely smooth. The young lady that helped was a sweetheart. She had all the answers to every question I had. While waiting for everything to transfer over to my new phone we shared some small talk. Come to find out she went to college with a few of my childhood friends. Talk about a small world. After my visit that day and how personable she was I most definitely continue doing business with her and Verizon.

Very pleasant experience today. I was in a hurry and dropped my phone off to have stuff transferred from my old phone to my new warranty replacement. I left the girl with 2 phones and nothing else because I didnt know passwords for any of my email accounts. She got hundreds of pictures and videos transferred, contacts, set up my emails and apps and called me when it was all done and ready to be picked up. What an easy, hassle-free experience.

My experience at this store was AWESOME!! The young man was very eager to help me. I came in on my lunch break wanting the new iPhone for my son. Unfortunantly they did not have it in stock but they ordered it for me, the ordering processes was seamless, and I was headed back to work in no time. However the representative that helped me made me feel absolutely comfortable and made sure everything was completed to perfection.
