Worst experience of my life. Took my ipod classic in for a simple headphone jack and when I got it back the hard drive had crashed. The manager was extremely rude and accused me of breaking it (THE HARDRIVE BROKE IN HIS CARE) and hung out on me. This ipod was all I had for my anxiety, I left to store in tears. They dont make my ipod classic so to buy a new one would cost me over $488 according to amazon. The reason they have for treating me this was is because a contact I was forced to sign in order for them to fix my headhphones. I got my ipod back in worse condition then when I turned it in. I will be taking Stay Mobile to small claims court for this with my lawyer Thomas Mondelli. So dont use them for a while they are gonna have lawsuit on their hands They should have just fixed what the broke and stay

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. I took in a water damage phone and there was no sugar coating anything. My screen needs replacing and he told me there is always a 50/50 shot of it continuing to work and not developing any other problems in the future with water damage stuff. He didnt try to force me to buy anything, which was awesome. He took it apart and assessed the damage for free which was great. Will definitely be back for any future issues or repairs I need.

They did not honor their warranty. I have not dropped my phone since they fixed it and they wouldnt honor the warranty because there was a tiny crack in the glass. I attribute that to their poor quality parts. I could tell the second I mentioned the warranty they were gonna find a way to not honor it. Cheap fix, expensive price. Glad I bought over $100 in accessories from them...

Stay mobile employees were awesome! I thought my iPhone 6s was done for good, after getting some water damage, but they were able to help me out. It took one day, and my phone was as good as new. Stay mobile was professional, helpful, and cheap. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a damaged phone!!!
