Cellairis is a new and important company to the Weavers. Our goal is to get all our computers repaired by Cellairis and tell all our friends to do the same. Cellairis is the best store inside our local Wal-Mart, their employees make us feel special and most of all they treat us as if were are part of their family. I told my husband I am gonna have to put James and Kyle on our Christmas list and our every now and then list of just wanted to let you know we care for your hard work as an employee. My husband and I have taken two computers to Cellairis for fixing. Today we just return home with our third computer repaired by Cellairis. We use to just buy another computer if one break down, because those other repair places wanted too much money and well just decided that it would be better off if we buy another computer. Our first two computers was repaired by Cellairis and they work as if they were brand new which they really are, we just wasnt able to used them long before they broke down. Our new friends (Management team James & Kyle are recognizing us each time we come into the Cellairis store and ask questions about our broke down computers. James and Kyle have been of great help and the company is a true blessing and they are located in our local neighborhood Wal-Mart, the mall is just too BIG for me to get around. So if you have a broken computer and yes they specify in cell phones, tablets, game consoles, laptops and more just take your business to Cellairis. Oh!! the price is super a whole lot better than purchasing a new computer every time. We got a couple more computers that need their service and plus we enjoy the young men that work their they care about your and your product and they are very knowledgeable about your product that need fixing. Were so glad that these guys work for Cellairis and I call them my friends because they are gentlemen. I use a walking stick to get around and they allow me to sit in their company chair as they check our computers in for repairing My husband enjoy talking to the the young men and when they say your computer will be return to you at a certain time, trust me they do get it back to you as promised. So get your electronic fix at Cellairis, they also gave us free car chargers. We love Our favorite computer repair store and their repair staff and most of all the James and Kyle.

TERRIBLE: I went to the location in Marrietta, GA on August 11, 2017, where I purchased a new glass screen and screen protector for my iPhone 7. Exactly 4 days later I woke up in the morning noticing 2 cracks under the screen protector without my phone even dropping. Ive left a comment on the website and called the corporate number and have yet to hear a response. I went back to Cellaris today to explain my issue hoping they will fix it at no cost. The customer service was horrible, the guy kept talking over me and blaming me for the issue. I just dont see how the screen protector never cracked but my phone did and how does the glass just crack overnight without dropping. I can tell the guy knew the screen was faulty or repaired incorrectly, he just refused to let me speak and explain myself (terrible customer service). Now Im a stay at home mom who spent $127 to get my iPhone repaired not expecting that I will be giving away free money for a faulty screen to be placed back on my phone. This place is a scam and when you call the corporate office, they never answer but ask you to leave a voicemail to return your call...just go to your cell phone provider and get it fix, itll save you the headache. And now the right side of my touch screen is not working properly.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They USE to be great. That was before Radio Shack bought out cellairis and fired all of the old employees! The old employees were so nice and helpful. There were a few times where the messed up something on my phone and they would immediately fix it now questions asked! I had the plan with them that if I paid $80 once I could get my phone fixed for free. There were a few hidden fees but I saved waaaay more money then if I hadnt had the plan. But new manangement took over it went downhill!! They told me they couldnt fix my phone Bc their system was down which was not the customers fault!!!!!!! The guy was so nonchalant so I waited for the manager, but he didnt know what he was doing!!!!! He didnt even know the phone number to corporate! Long story short they are terrible and they dont care. No customer service skills. If you need your phone fixed go to "The Fix" in TownCenter Mall. They are cheaper, faster, better, and are very nice! They have better phone cases too!

I dropped my ipad mini and completely shattered the screen. I was certain it was un-repairable and I would have to buy a new one, which I didnt want to do or have the money for at the time. I decided to take it to Cellairis to have them take a look at it. Upon looking at it, they said "No problem, We can fix it and will have it back to you within a few hours." I was still a little weary but they had the best deal. When I came back to pick it up, I was so excited! It looked brand new. You couldnt even tell there was an issue with it, I was so relieved. Once your product is serviced it is covered under warranty. A few months later I brought my Ipad back for them to take a look at the home button and they fixed that too. Every time I have called or walked into the store I have had great customer service. I have recommended them to my friends and co-workers because I was so pleased with the outcome.

Customer service lesson #1: Own a mistake, dont try and cover it up then act like youre doing the customer a favor by correcting it. Even with an appt. the manager, Aaron, couldnt fix the phone and didnt bother to follow-up. I go to get my phone 10-hours later to be told it wasnt fixed...come to find out hed damaged the battery and literally tried to cover it up by wrapping it in electrical tape. How do I find out? By taking it to another repair shop, We Can Fix It, that opened it up on the spot (they did fix it by the way.) When I told them Id found out my battery had been damaged, they did replace it...but with a refurbished one. The manager, Aaron, told me it was a "courtesy" to replace it. Its never a courtesy to correct a mistake you should have owned up to in the first place, very unprofessional. For such a simple request, a terrible experience. I would never recommend them.

Cellairis has a very good deal going On just for $49 that was unbelievable starting from the day you purchase it and ends till next 3 years.. Unlimited time get it fixed with a free phone case, screen and a tempered glass. This is for people who havent cracked the screens but even if your iPhone screen is cracked you get it fixed on a reasonable price and can add this bundle and be on a safe side for next 3 years. I dont leave reviews for companies that often but this company made me write for them. I was visiting my relatives here in Atlanta saw this Cellairis company and staff of Chastain meadows is great with pricing and working on your devices on time.. Great job guys.. Keep it up
