Great customer service. Brought it in because my wireless mouse had stopped working when I did an update to Windows 10. He fixed everything for $35, Best Buy was going to charge me $199! (just for the diagnostic) and had basically led me to believe that it was a hardware issue and I would need to buy a new computer most likely. Computer had been working fine up until the update, so I felt that there was still a software/connection issue related to the last update. I brought it to Kazamo and he had it working and fixed within an hour. The next day the mouse had stopped working again, I brought it back. He fixed whatever the issue was for free; Now my computer is finally back to normal! Absolutely recommend to anyone having an issue with their phone or computer. He also has lots of new phone and computer products (cases, mice, HDMI cords etc.) as well as apple watches, used computers, kindles, and other electronics for sale. Some of the merchandise is used, some new. Anything he sells you used, has already been reviewed in depth by him to ensure its in perfect working condition. His prices for the new merchandise are better than you will find anywhere else. I will never go anywhere else with another phone or computer issue, and when I do buy another laptop; hes going to be my first stop!

I brought my iPhone 5c to Kazamo twice to have the screen repaired, I received a great quote and the repair was quick. I also brought two iPhone 4s one had an issue with the volume button which was a very quick fix and affordable the other had both cracked front and back and received exceptional service.
