Dont come here 30 day performance warranty is garbage when the cheap screen that was use had started to crack even worse than the OEM Apple screen that had a minor lcd issue. Owner wouldnt even own up to using low quality screens while keeping your orginal that was better than this. The screen that I replaced with just started to crack when I was on the phone never dropped in a Otterbox case with a tempered glass protector. You pay for what you get spend a bit more to go to a reputable shop in the area. Yes and you were the one to fix my phone I work downtown and had it repaired and yes the repair was quick but was a total waste of time. I honestly will reccommend everyone go with a OEM apple replacement than these Chinese knock off screens. They wont hold up as long and will develop hairline cracks that will spread. Thats how this guy makes his money by selling low quality screens and not standing by his 30 day so called performance warranty. Like if I would have known Apple charges a 120 for the 6 plus screen I wouldnt have even gave this place a look because you can tell the type of quality this place is. Still have a lot of the furniture from when it used to be the free dental place the layout of the store is lazy. When I first walked in should have walked right back out based on how dirty and lazy the store looked. So is this enough confirmation you fixed my iPhone 6 Plus or your going to deny this because you dont want a bad review hurting your business and taking advantage of people in the area with your sub par products

I had my iphone 6 display replaced at Andys shop after hearing he was cheaper than most, after a few days the glass fell off the phone, I called and was told he could not warranty the repair. I am very disappointed with his attitude and he has bad customer service. I will never go here again.

The prices are cheap upfront but with the quality of the replacement screens are garbage had an iPhone 6 Plus repaired by Andy and it was great until a week later the screen developed a hairline crack and has now spread over the whole phone. Never dropped put in a lifeproof case and I had to end up just going with a OEM apple replacement by going into the store. When I got the phone back the genius at the store said that old screen was cheap and flimsy and wasnt up to par. So in the end its better to stick OEM and not knock off screen that will end up costing you more up front I paid 120 at Apple and here I paid 136 roughly. Yes your poor establishment was the one who fixed it because you charge a fee for using a debit card on top of the cheap screens, cases, and service provided. Like its 2016 and you have no general POS register and if your business was so good why does it look so clutter dusty and unorganized there. Then try and add fees to card users and then sell screens that will last until the warranty or so called warranty. Sounds like your in to make a quick buck and leave customers having to redo after a month.

this place is the absolute worst you can imagine. within days of receiving a repair, my new screen started to fall apart. i noticed the day after i left that i could not receive any calls with out being on speaker, and soon there after, could not receive phone calls at all. it has been 3 weeks and the screen has fallen off the phone entirely, and been that way for a while, but the phone was able to work still. tonight the screen fell off, again, and would not work, and i had to w walk 2.5 miles alone at night at 2 am in 20 degree weather because i can not get the phone to work. i have lost 2 freelance jobs in the past week because of inability to talk on the phone. this business has completely failed at their only job and also cost me multiple jobs myself. i will have to pay double to repair the repair that this company made. if you cared about your money, i would not use this company.

Andy is the person you want to take your phone to. First of all, he has the cheapest prices in town. I used to live in Little Rock and am paying half of what I paid there for Andy to fix my phone (cracked screens for more like 50 than 100 bucks, etc.). He is very fast too! Usually you drop your phone off somewhere and might as well leave, but either way, they go "in the back" and do who knows what. Andy does all of his work right in front of you. I came in today at 12:15 knowing I had a doctor appointment at 1:00. I told Andy and it was no big deal, I had my phone back by 12:35 even though there were two people in front of me. He also used to be a programmer and seems like a really smart guy. I highly recommend Andy and Lexington Phone Repair and wouldnt send my friends or family anywhere else!

I spilled hydraulic oil on my IPhone6 which already had a cracked screen so oil got inside it and the screen was only partially visible. I called made an appointment for later that day. When he took my phone he said "There is an additional charge if I have to take apart farther and dry it out ($70.) I thought "OK, the quoted price for a new screen just doubled." So he went to work on my phone and exactly Eight minutes later it was fixed. He didnt charge me double the quoted price after all. He said it didnt look like the moisture got farther than the screen and the total was $70. This might be the best service and price Ive ever gotten on anything. Super satisfied. I dont normally spend the time or effort to write reviews, but it is deserved in this case.

My wifes iPhone 5s battery was not holding a charge and the battery level jumped around. It was rough. Another shop close to home was going to repair it but forgot to order the parts. We were in Lexington so my wife got on Google and found Lexington Phone Repair with 4.9 stars so we went. The place is tiny but wasnt hard to find. The repair guy was super nice, as was the gal running the cash register. They talked to us the entire time. We were there with no appointment but were in and out in about 15 minutes. Replacing the battery was under $40 bucks and included a 30 day warranty. Its hard to beat service like that! Sending both of my in-laws to have their batteries replaced as well. Great work and great customer service!

Lexington phone repair was very nice, ordered the needed part immediately, had a reasonable down payment, and fixed the phone the same day the part came in. He was very accommodating to my schedule, even allowing me to pick up my phone out of normal business hours and offering a substantial discount for a small inconvenience I had. When the new part turned out to be faulty he ordered a new part and fixed the problem at no additional cost. It was absolutely no hassle, he even ordered the new part without me having to come back in to confirm the issue. There is a reason this place is rated so highly and it comes down to quality and customer service.
