Went into this store to purchase something for my dog; while there I waa visiting the kitties there from the Cherokee Humane Society and while they were extremely adorable and playful their liter boxes were full of poop. I asked an associate about it and she mentioned that there was a volunteer that comes in to tend to them. I later called to speak to a manager and she said the same and that a volunteer comes to clean once a day. As a cat owner, it seemed to be a lot more than a days worth of waste. This was a little disappointing

We took our Shitzu here on 07.16.2017. The Service was outstanding! The ladies at the grooming salon were great and explained everything that we needed to do. They even helped us pay less then we would have at PetSmart because they helped us find a package that was for less then we had thought we would need. When we came back the work was awesome and our pet was very happy and calm. Normally our pet is very nervous but they took real care of her. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for pet care.

Very disappointed! The grooming for my dog was $20 more than everywhere else, but I thought I would give it a try because maybe they do a great job. I was wrong, I was given a timeframe to pick up my dog, when the time came & went, I decided to call them. They said it would be another 30 minutes, when I went to pick up my dog, she looked the same as when I dropped her off. Needless to say I will not be paying $60 for service not given again!

If your serious about your pets like I am your gonna love this store. I do lots of shopping for my puppy and have been to many Pet stores but none as nice as Kennesaw Petco. From the moment you walk in the first thing you notice is the aromatics like your in a boutique. Store is clean and well organized. Staff members are all friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up!

On Saturdays this location has 2 rescues, one dog and one cat rescue working to find homes for animals. I love seeing community support from stores. Helpful staff, very nice and knowledgeable. Large selection of fish, toys,treats,and food.

The best Petco I have ever been in! The attention to detail is amazing, you can tell that the animals well-being was in mind when designing it down to the walls between the beta fish. There is even a dog scale for free use!
