I have been dealing with Delhi Pet Center for over 20 years. They offer a family-oriented service that is rarely seen these days. The staff gets to know you by name, they know your pets and their issues and they offer great help and advice. They are always well stocked and eager to help you choose new items. Having someone knowledgeable about you and your pet is so helpful and their advice and suggestions come from a true desire to make you and your pet happy. Many many years ago my daughter and I found an abandoned teacup poodle. She was flea infested and missing many teeth. We wanted to rid her of the fleas and feed her, but we were afraid she would contaminate our home and our pets. We went directly to Delhi Pet Center when they were on Delhi Road and the owner helped us choose necessary items to clean her up and feed her. He also lent us FOR FREE a small kennel for her use until we could decide what to do with her. This family-owned business rocks. They are definitely in it for reasons other than making a living. I am all for supporting the independent merchants...there is nothing like shopping where everyone knows your name.

I was pretty ticked off at the owner Gregg for a few days because I really wanted this puppy and right after I just told him I wanted to get this puppy, he promised another lady who came in after me, that he would save the puppy for her, I thought it was rude because I had been a loyal customer for years. I saw the owner in the butcher shop next door and he said he promised her the dog because he knew her dad and she had bought 3 dogs from him already. I asked him if he would take my number and call me first if the lady ended up not getting the puppy so i could get the puppy. He did call me 2 days later and allowed me to buy the puppy. She is so sweet and lovable. I feel bad about the harsh review i gave Delhi Pet Center since I ended up getting the puppy after all. although, I still feel that the owner was a little rude to dismiss me, and my business in such a rude manner in the first place though.

Our family has been going to Delhi Pet Center for as long as I can remember, and in that time we have never had a bad experience. Weve bought our puppies, rodents, birds, fish and all the supplies that go along from here. Staff always make us feel welcome and are always friendly. Despite being a small, locally owned family store they still have competitive prices and a great selection for all animals, and are one of the few shops that will recommend another store/service provider if they cant help you. Going in is always a great experience and sometimes its just enjoyable to go in and admire the animals they have available. Delhi Pet Center will continue to be part of our family.

you will never have a better experience anywhere else for any pet related needs. the staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable.. If they dont have what is needed they can get anything to help you.. I have gotten many items from them that were ordered and shipped to the store for pick up and explained if necessary. Their store is neat and clean and easy to shop. make sure you stop in and see.

All the people here are friendly and VERY knowledgeable. The store has the largest selection of "Made in the U.S.A." as Ive ever seen. This is very important to us pet owners who dont want our loved ones to eat anything made in china. No offense to China but your quality control is not so great. Try them out they are very reasonably priced and give great customer service. Not like the big box stores.

Delhi Pet Center is the only place we go to for our pet supplies and food. Greg and his team are very knowledgeable and willing to help with selecting the best products for your pet. We greatly appreciate the Pet Perks rewards program as well as the Nutro dog food program – both are fantastic! They host fun events which include sales, give-aways and even Photos with Santa for your dog or cat.
