The owner is a very nice, very knowledgeable person. Their products are of the highest quality. For the most part the employees are not very helpful at all. Its a grab and go kind of store. Know exactly what you want and youre good. Need to ask questions or gain knowledge about their natural products, forget it. The Good Dog employees are not interested in anything except for you to get your stuff and go. Or, just go. It is that very attitude that has caused me to seek out the Top Dogs Store in Kennesaw. At Top Dogs the staff make the complete experience knowledgeable and enjoyable for you and your pets. Since discovering The Top Dog store, I am happy to say, Ill hopefully never need to return to the good dog stores ever again. Why would I?

The staff at The Good Dog Shoppe have been so wonderful to me and my little Charlie. He has had dietary restrictions for years, and was previously on prescription food, but with Reginas help Charlie is now on a completely raw diet, no longer itching and scratching his fur off, AND the best part - when I had his liver levels checked recently, they were the lowest they have EVER been since I adopted him 3 years ago. We couldnt be happier :) No more seizures, no more itching, just a happy healthy dog! Thank you so much to Regina, Michelle & the whole Good Dog Shoppe team.

The Good Dog Shoppe is amazing!!! I frequent the Cartersville store (about once a week) and the staff is incredibly helpful and very kind. I prefer to get their opinions and advice before making most decisions about the care of my dogs. I have a dog that is about to begin training there and I can rest easy knowing that they will take great care of him! Thank you Good Dog Shoppe for all you do!!

They are so friendly and helpful and carry just what I was looking for - a variety of green, organic, natural products, safe for our new pup! Very friendly and helpful employees! The staff us awesome, knowledgeable, and so friendly here. I got great advice on how to keep dog from shedding as well as about whats in dog food at big box store. Will definitely be back to get some more Natural and healthy food for my dogs! Oh and the cats were a trip to watch and play with.
