Wow. I cant say anything bad and I was blown away by my shopping experience here today. I asked the service desk a question about a problem I had with a couple shirts. I admitted it was basically my fault and it was fine if they couldnt do something for me. The superlative service and sincere customer oriented treatment at the hands of four staff, especially two who really went above and beyond, caused me to buy $120 of merch I didnt anticipate buying. One item was fairly priced, given my prior online research, the other, even though not on sale, was of higher quality and only 80% of what my online research caused me to anticipate. Thats LL Bean for ya. Darn fine establishment.

The Victor store rarely seems to have my sizes in stock (mens medium shirts/sweaters and 9 EE shoe size) so it is discouraging to make trips to the store other than to check new merchandise colors and styling before deciding whether to buy online. Also, the promotional coupon management system is sometimes a little confusing, especially if the coupons are short-term ones such as holiday $10 Off coupons. They do not necessarily show up at store check out even though they are supposed to be automatically registered to your LL Bean card. Apparently, there is a difference between long-term coupons earned through cumulative purchases and short-term promotional ones.

This is deffinately THE place for customer service! We had to exchange a pair of boots. Not only did they exchange them without a receipt, but they were able to find our purchase in their computer. Now, after all that, they didnt have what we wanted in the Store. But we were able to order it and have it shipped to the store, or our home. All the time, there were nothing but smiles and "sorry this is taking so long" (which it really wasnt) The line got long from time to time, but no worries. Each time a salesperson appeared, and jumped right in to help. I am impressed! Nice job LLBean!

I just had to stop by and say that in the process of ordering my Bean Boots I have come across some of the best customer service ever with their online order system! However long the process of receiving these boots, it has not at all been a burden. They keep open communication and will get back to you immediately. Literally within minutes if you e-mail them. Thats all!

This is one of the greatest outdoor stores in the area. It reminds me of fun tools that are guaranteed for life. Since thats L.L. Bean! Friendly staff, competitive pricing, all high quality products. Shop with confidence that you arent buying junk. If they carry it, you know its tested or else they wouldnt put their lifetime guarantee behind it.

This a great store to go explore. They have a number of great products for the outdoors side of you. This store sells shoes, outerwear, fishing camping and hiking products that last for years. They even have a great section of pet products up front near the checkout area. The staff hear is very knowledgable about their hobbies and their products.

Had to make a return on boots I bought. After two months of wearing them they still werent comfortable. I was expecting more of a hassle, returning used boots. I was wrong, they gladly exchanged them for a different style. Best customer service in any retail business I have ever had. Will always buy from them.

L.L. Bean is a great store. I shop here whenever I shop for something I need to last a very long time. Their replacement policy is insanely good, and there brand of products are very high quality. This location is fairly comprehensive and has very helpful and enthusiastic staff.
