The absolute most helpful staff in all of Gettysburg!!! My family and I came to town for our annual trip. We tend to spend our time at the reenactment, however, it was postponed this year. Darn muddy fields!!!! Anyway, we spent the vacation taking tours and decided to do some shopping. Well, my wife decided........Either way, we walked into Columbia. It was our second stop, right after The Gap. But by the end of our trip, it was our favorite stop. We even went back in a second time to pick up a few items that we kept slapping ourselves for not grabbing the first time. The associates in this store are not only knowledgable, but genuinely want to help you. I was even deterred from purchasing a certain item. Even though I loved it, the salesperson pointed out the heat retaining tech in the jacket and showed me a different raincoat for the summer. I appreciate the honesty and will be returning every year during my familys annual visit!!!! P.S., if you havent guessed it, I went back for that heat retaining raincoat the second time. Cant beat the prices and quality! See you next year!!!

Came here for the first time last week. I had never been to a Columbia Outlet, but I was familiar with the brand. Anywho, promptly greeted by a an employee, who I later learned to be Shauna. She was polite and welcoming I told her that I was just browsing at the moment. She said "okay well if you need anything please dont hesitate to ask. Few minutes go by and she checks on me again. She was quite busy, it seemed, but she took the time to tend to ms and other customers. I admired that. Working in retail can be quite exhausting at times. I did approach her later and asked about a specific item. She was quite knowledgeable about it and other products when comparing them. Moments later she rang me up. She asked if I was interested in some of the items up front. I told her not at this time but thank you. I paid for my item. We exchanged professional goodbyes and I was on my way. Thanks Columbia for hiring such an awesome employee.

This store has excellent customer service. Im actually shocked at the negative comments, in fact.. I believe they are probably fake due to fact the same 2 employees are repeatedly mentioned. Ive received only the best service and have outfitted my entire family for the winter here. Their management staff is top notch and it saddens me that someone with a personal vendetta would make such comments. Get over whatever your problem is dude and if its because you werent hired? Well then they got it right. Peter North? Name and picture. Not a real profile. Look him up. PornStar. Come on man!

The employees at Columbia Sportswear are really knowledgeable about their products. They have always given me excellent service, whether I am searching for an item or have questions.
