Nope. Took a truck there for some issues with locking lug nuts on a wheel and a flat tire. Of course they were not satisfied with just removing the locking lug nuts like they said they could do when I called them. I had to have the truck towed to them so it wasnt like I could drive it to another shop. The associate I dealt with was small minded and couldnt think past the little box of what was best for Discount Tire. He asked me what I wanted him to do instead of offering a solution that would work for me and would meet my needs. Then when I offered a solution he proceeded to shoot each and every one down. They refused to just remove the locking lug nuts so I could install my spare and take it someplace else because of "safety" and my spare was "too old". Apparently the price of safety is $235.00.

After picking-up a nice, huge shard of metal in one of my tires, rendering it unpatchable, I needed a new one. It was time to get a new set anyway, I just didnt think I would be getting them today. I called a few places in Knoxville and some sounded like helping would be an inconvenience, others did not have them in stock. I called Discount Tire in Farragut and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who said they had what I needed and they would get me in today. The service we received was great and I paid attention to the way they treated other customers as well. They were very patient and seemed to go above and beyond to be sure they understood what was being done and/or needed. I am very pleased with our service and would recommend them to others.

Try to make appointment so not waiting and they wont let u and tell u to walk in , had two tires put on front week before came back to put the two back tires on told them I needed an appointment because I was supposed to be leaving for vacation by 7 oclock but it wouldnt let me make an appointment they told me just to come in and I told him I want to make an appointment because I didnt want to wait and they refused I get there I wait over an hour my truck still had not been touched to put the two back tires on and they also did not take the time to look at the front tire from the week before that I had put onand since then Ive had to put air in the tire three times within a week and theyre brand-new tires

Discount Tire is my go-to tire store for replacement tires because of great service and great price. Service: theyll fix (plug) your tires for free even if you didnt buy the tires from them. They are super quick of service as well. We had all four tires switched out in 30 minutes. We received similar level of service in 4 different stores in 2 different states. Price: their sale price, especially during promotional periods (holidays) is unbeatable. Theyll match any advertised price whether at brick-n-mortar or online price. Because of the great service, even if another retailer has a lower price, weve taken our business to Discount Tire due to the price match policy.

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had finding tires. They were honest, upfront on the cost, and just plain NICE. Experiences like these are few and far between anymore and when I come across a diamond in the rough I feel like it should be recognized. I live over an hour away and pass 30+ tire places that are much closer to where I live and much more convenient. I will make the hour+ trip and refer everyone, friends and family, or people I dont know. I am blown away at how amazing this experience was and I am so thankful that there are still places like this around to deal with.

Great tire place! Everyone who works there is always friendly and knowledgeable. I bought tires off of the website and had them put on at this location and theyve been great. The warranty is definitely worth it - Ive had one tire replaced brand new for like $17 (I think that was just the price of buying a new warranty for the replacement tire) and just recently got a rotation done for free. So the upfront cost for the tires/warranty was sort of a lot but I dont regret it. The waiting area is real nice and they have a Keurig!

Absolutely outstanding. A bubble formed in one of my tires. I came here. Since the old tire was still under warranty, they replaced it. And I went ahead and replaced the other 3 tires. Two lug nuts turned out to be seized. The manager worked on my car and got them off but the studs were shot and called up a local shop to help me get it fixed before the shops closed for the day. I am floored by how wonderful their service has been

I have used Discount Tire for years and across many vehicles. My most recent experience demonstrated the meaning of customer service. I had an appointment but when I arrived they only had 3 of my tires. Without question they immediately offered me an upgrade and when I was unsure about the upgraded tire they offered me a further upgrade and put me into a great set of Yokohama tires. Service like that keeps people coming back.

I dont write a lot of reviews... a place has to REALLY be good or jerk me around. This is in the first category - EXEMPLARY! Friendly, fast service, reasonable prices (2/3 the quoted price from a place down the street), super clean and comfortable. This is my new "go-to" tire place!! They werent busy when I pulled in, and I got a rotate and balance in under 20 minutes for less than $50.

In less than 30 minutes from driving up on the property I was driving away with 4 brand new tires. Ive never experienced such exceptional customer service in any automotive environment before!! If you need new tires, in terms of price, customer service and overall experience, these guys are the best!!!

My tire place "Matlock" was closed so I was in a bind. Never come here..... over 100$ for two used tires. They have so many oh and we charge for this and this etc. Matlock it would have been 50 and that is all. Matlock has great customer service. They are excited here cause they are ripping you off...

I took a friend to get a tire fixed. They coudnt due to the location being too close to the side wall. This was on July 3rd at 530 when they closed at 6 pm. They put a brand new tire on for my friend and said come back after the weekend!! All of Way Cool HVACs business is going there from now on!!!

We needed a set of tires while on a New Year holiday trip so we stopped in at the Discount Tire in Farragut, TN. We were in and out with 30-45 minutes. The crew were cheerful, helpful and expedient... GREAT customer service. I wish more businesses we deal with had the attitude that they have.

Great place and all... Except someone is training or at least telling employees that you cant put aluminum to aluminum on a dually... Instead telling me that I have to keep my inners steel. I drive semi trucks, those are all 18 aluminum rims, all the new 2017s F-Series, all 6 rims are aluminum.
