Big Lots is my shopping haven. Lots of off-brand and name brand items for reasonable prices. I recently purchased a super comfortable queen Serta mattress for less than $250. Big Lots typically has everything I need right their under one roof, such as grocery items, household furnishings, bed and bath items. Its kind of like Walmart but a lot less stressful and congested.

Clerks could care less about customer service. I had an item priced wrong, clerk came to register with a different item, then i had to go myself and show them the correct item, while the line of customers to check out grew, then had to wait for manager to reprice, no apologies no thank yous nothing, they could have cared less.

I liked it better at the old location on Buford Hwy but this does bring it closer to my home and when I do my weekly multi store runs this makes it easier to go from Sams to Ollie to Big Lots.
