I went to customer service first to ask about cashing my payroll check, and the woman there was very rude, and told me i had to go three doors down to the money center without even looking at me. I went to the money center where there were only two cashiers. one of them got off at 7 and left, leaving only one cashier t deal with a line of over 13 separate groups of people. a manager came over to override something and did not stay to help. eventually another woman came to help, and I had been standing essentially in the same place in line for twenty minutes. when I finally made it to the desk, i explained that i needed to to cash my check, the process was taking several minutes. the check was declined (which i later found out was because i had already tried to cash it at kroger and decided not to, which i understand is not under walmarts control nor can the associate tell me why it was declined. i understand how certegy works because both of my jobs use them. what was particularly rude, outside of standing in line for half an hour, being ignored as a customer by management, having to stand in front of other customers who started to get aggressive because of the line, and also being yelled at by the original associate ( she stopped helping her guest to yell at the whole line of over 13 groups of people to say that they were wasting time in her line if they were just trying to reload a card, and was very nasty about it), was when the woman who came up to help completely dismissed me without letting me gather my things or ask any questions. she snapped at me, said my check was declined, handed it back and immediately yelled "next" before I got the chance to say or do anything, and I proceeded to basically be shoved over by the next group of people in line. They cant control the behavior of customers, but walmart associates should certainly be able to control how they personally act. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I will strongly consider spending money elsewhere, along with all of my family and friends. Continuously disrespected by the employees here.

To whom it may concern: I called the duluth police to walmart because i felt they stoled my money. The clerk put the money on my walmart money card and not my credit card payment. The store refused any wrongdoing but kept shifting blame to me even after reviewing video footage and seeing my other receipts at various times of my good payment history. Understanding that my matter was a civil matter the officers refused to hear my side of the incident eventhough i had receipts to prove walmarts injustice. I began to get emotional as the officers refused to hear me out and walk away from me to share my story. They added insult to injury. Walmart would put me in jail or any other customer for theft. Why is the store not responsible for this transaction error instantly. So now i must go to court for a $25 mistake. Walmart says i handed the clerk the wrong card however i have four other receipts to show no mistakes dated back weeks to prove payment history. Its amazing to me that the money would go right back to walmart not me. They excercised poor customer service. When you asked to speak to a high level of management they lie and say their on vacation. I began to get emotional as the officers refused to hear me out and walk away from me to share my story. They were rude to me and humilated me by walking away and saying call whomever the heck you want too. To add they would tell other customers walking by why i was upset as i was speaking to them directly. I began to record the officers misconduct verbally on my voice recorder. The officer bennett then handed me his card and walked away. I called the police back and they refused to come back and take my statement saying as far as they are concerned the matter is closed. Walmart commited a crime which i will prove in court. Show quoted text n vacation. Then when i call customer service 1-800 -walmart is when a real manager shows up. The staff can be rude and judgemental. Show quoted text

This is absolutely the worst employee staff in any location I have ever been to. I have asked 6 employees politely to see if they can get me an associate to the coffee maker aisle. The staff in the electronics aisle just completely blew me off, with no regards to help. The one worker, not sure if he was Indian or not but his name was Adam in electronics. He made no attempt to help me, he simply told me to walk over to customer service and wait in line to get help. I easily waited 30min at that aisle and the item I was looking for said in stock and available. I went back to the electronics aisle a second time to see if they forgot about me and he again blew me off. It wasnt till Tony who actually made came and helped out and got a support manager. The support manager assisted me and checked the inventory and it said it was sold out. Even online at this moment said it was in stock for pick up right now. So I essentially waited 30min in the aisle with the possibility of no help had I not gone back a second time. The electronics area was not busy. They had 3 people behind the counter. Im coming back to shop here because I have no other closer options but dont expect help from the staff here.

I went into this walmart and happened to notice that all of the family planning merch was placed on the check out aisle by tobacco products. Certainly this has to violate some privacy as if I am coming in for either a plan b, an ovulation test or pregnancy test, I have to ask the cashier for it on the check line and have that done in front of customers waiting in line behind me. Even for men to buy condoms, its the same thing. They really need to evaluate. For the vast majority of women that shop there.. that pay for merch we should not be impacted because this is a high theft area. Find another solution to protect your assests without placing a spot light on honest customers. As a female Im not sure how I would feel having to walk up on a checkout line - when only 2 cashiers or working as a walmart usual, and 20 people waiting on line behind you and say hey can i see that test this one and that one and have 20 people not only knowing your business but also glaring at you in fustration because a woman is trying to decide on line hmmm this one says this which one do I get. Public display. Not a good look walmart at all.

RE: Tire Center/General Mgt It is with regret that I write a negative review, as there is enough negativity in the world, but this store and its current management is broken. If you want a case of Cokes, its perfectly fine. If you want anything where you have to interact with the employees, then I would advise shopping somewhere else. The tire center in particular is run like a getto chop shop rather than a high volume tire and battery center. The dept manager Sam is apathetic and ineffective. I have purchased three sets of tires from there in the past three years, but I assure you NEVER again. The last set had quality issues. These issues where not addressed professionally or expeditiously. Life is too short to waste another minute of it dealing with Sam (the dept manager) or David the general store asst mgr. To them you are cattle, so move along. Will I shop there again. Of course, spending thousands a year in there because it is close, however it will be for general items and nothing requiring any kind of associate interaction. Live and learn. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
