Ive had the worst experience ever. I have recently purchased a watch from the outlets and they said we could get the watch sized anywhere for free. Since i am from the San Antonio area i decided to do it at North star mall. I go in and there are two ladies. One of them greeted me and asked what i needed, i told her and right off the bat she said well there is wait. Then i said no worries. Shortly after that, i noticed the ladies were just going to other customers asking if they needed help or going behind the chasiers... Just avoiding to help me. So i approach them to ask how much longer? Then they said there is a wait, maybe you should come back later since we are kind of busy. When all they were doing were walking around the store. I would much rather go out of my way to San Marcos than the Mk store at NorthStar Mall. It was an inconvenience and i will not be returning.

Ive been a returning customer of MK store in north star mall and my shopping experience has been very rewarding. Due in part to Amy an MK employee whos customer service and product knowledge is top notch. Im greeted by Amy with open arms and a smile every time I take my wife inn for a new Hamilton bag or jewelry piece. Her personal touch and attention to detail when offering her suggestions on MK products to myself or my wife is beyond comparison to other retail store Ive visited selling the MK brand. I have the option of shopping at other stores that sell the same product line but all I am is another customer. At the MK store Amy will not only remember your first name but she will go above and beyond customer service to stay late and serve you. (By Appointment Only) If you decide to stop by MK store make sure to ask for Amy and tell them George sent you.

Im super disappointed in ordering from the MK website. The bag came in without the hooks to remove the strap. The online picture showed them. I have had to follow-up multiple times to get a response from MKs online customer service department. I would recommend you shop at the store and avoid shopping on the website.
