I would give zero stars if I could. I paid to have my Omega reconditioned as the watch band broke and fell off my wrist. The only thing I sent the watch in for was to make sure it was secure and would not fall off and into the water to be lost forever. Alex, the manager, was insistent the repair center recommended a bracelet replacement. I explained to here four times the whole reason I sent it in was the concern of the bracelet and I was informed it was thoroughly gone through, and they replaced all the pins to factory spec. So after getting the watch back and seeing pins failures, now 15 months of trying to get Omega to do the right thing and nothing. Take a look at the photos! The pins are warn away, and Omega keeps saying that they were tested and passed their pressure test. Poor quality repair work and no one to back it up and do the right thing.

The definition of service, etiquette, and experience, as it should be. Romin is the man! My wife was looking for a watch, as a gift to me. We were going back and forth between Rolex and Omega. In addition to this beautiful timepiece, the wealth of knowledge, attention, and sincerity from Romin was what really got us excited to move forward with a Planet Ocean Seamaster 600M. Dont settle for less. The entire crew at the Tysons Galleria boutique is fantastic.

The most wonderful staff and excellent customer service. Jay Yang was the person that took care of us and did a great job from taking the watch in, follow-up update calls until it was ready for pick-up. The boutique manager, Alex, was great too.
