This place needs drastic improvement. The last few times, I went in to get massage for back pain and relaxation, other staff were constantly coming in and interrupting. When I complained to the manager she said "What to do, the customer insisted on us going back there". They have told me before no the stylist is busy to call when I am trying to make appointment for special occasion. Why is it so hard to say the same thing during my massage appointment? Its not. This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. The staff knows I dont speak Hindi and when I told them to stop interrupting my massage appointment, they started speaking Hindi. As if that makes a difference. Honestly, I try to respect people in service industry but the people here need to learn respect and basic human decency. This place lacks professionalism, respect towards customers, and basic human decency.

I called yesterday to confirm their hours and the lady confirmed they will be opened on Saturday from 10 AM to 7 or 8 PM. I got here at 10:15 AM; CLOSED. I waited till 10:45 AM and left for my second appointment. The prices and ladies who do the eyebrows are good but I dont appreciate them wasting my time. Im Pakistani but that doesnt mean Im OK with this store running on "desi time" when I have 10 other things to do today. Please open your store on time or be honest about what time your actually open on the weekends.

This place has nice Indian clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags, and bangles for affordable prices. The clothes are your typical North Indian styles, but not fashion designer wear. They also have a full-time seamstress for all of your tailoring needs. In addition, they have a "salon" in back of the store- the certified bautician does threading, facials, makeup, henna designs, etc for very reasonable cost. Eyebrow threading is $6 and a facial costs about $40. Definitely a place to check out.

This place is downright awful! The woman at the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She told me they "didnt have anything for me." She was very condescending and dismissive. I will NEVER go to this store again and highly discourage anyone else from patronizing it, unless you want to be treated terribly.

Their threading is cheapest priced in town and the ladies that do it are highly skilled. They have a great selection of clothes and accessories and a tailor in house as well. They have childrens clothes as well as mens traditional clothing also. Pricing is very reasonable with plenty of discounts available!

I had an excellent facial here recently. I was given a gift certificate by a friend from work who is a regular here. My first facial! I felt like a queen. I watched the girls get eyebrows threaded. I might try that someday here.
