Paramount tattoos and piercing in Oregon is the worst piercing place I have ever been to and thats saying a lot since I have had over 20 piercing in my life. Lets start at the beginning. My friends and I went in there 12-12-15 to celebrate us all passing our finals for college. I decided I wanted to get my nipples done. Now, initially they were all very nice and polite. I went back to the room, the lady (Rachael) marked my nipples (I agreed to the placement) and she pierced it. Simple right? So I pay and go home. That night when I got home (and the swelling wasnt as bad) I got ready to clean it. I looked down and noticed that she freaking pierced my wrong! One side went through the nipple while the other side came out of my areola! It was horrible! The next day I decided to take it out since it looked so bad and I then called the shop. Sadly they were closed because it was a Sunday. So Monday comes along and I call them again. I talked to one lady (Keisha) on the phone and explain to her the issue. She tried to argue a bunch, calling me a liar and telling me I was wrong. So, I asked to speak to the owner (Nathan) she tries to tell me he was busy and he would call me back when he was free. I agreed and we hung up (this was around 3pm). Now, they close at 7. It was 6:30 and I still havent heard back so I called again. Same girl as last time answered the phone and I told her (Keisha) it was me again and asked to speak to the owner once more. She told me he was still busy and he would call me back. I informed her I was just worried since it was already 6:30 and I hadnt heard anything. Rudely, she says again he would call me later. Well, I didnt hear from anyone after that. So I decide Tuesday I will drive over there and speak to them in person. I talked to the same girl who I dealt with over the phone (Keisha), I again explained the situation, and she still argued with me about it. Finally I just show her my nipple so she can see for herself where the holes actually was. Almost immediately she told me I was right and Rachael DID pierce me wrong. At last, I thought the issue was fixed. Ok awesome she believes me finally. So now we go on trying to fix the problem (not a hard thing to do. I just wanted to wait for it to heal and come back in a few weeks and have it redone by one of the other piercers) she tells me she still needs the owners (Nathan) permission and that he would call me later that day when he got in to talk to me more about it and she would explain to him what she saw also. Well guess what? Never heard from anyone again! Now can you believe that. And I was actually super calm and polite the entire time. From that Saturday I got it done, to the Tuesday when I had to drive 35 min to speak to them in person. I dont understand what their deal is and how they can treat customers like that. Oh and on top of that I checked out their reviews (which I should have done beforehand) and a couple other people had the same experience! Wow. Anyways, today is Wednesday and Im not sure what I want to do. I still want to bother them with it since I did pay for it and all but honestly, I shouldnt trust them anymore and live with my loss. Okay so my biggest concern is the customer service with this location!!!! When I first enetred there buliding there was music playing so loud u coildnt even here the staff at the register. Should have been my first clue!! I over looked that becuse come on it is 2012 and we are at a tatto shop. So I wanted the manroe done and I did get it, but little did I know that I was going to have such issues with this place. Okay so I wanst made aware of the after care untill they were done collecting my money and giving the piercing. My personal oppion U should probaly do that before hand It may change somones prospective on the piercing. So okay got the piercing done then 2 days later I noticed it was supper small, and didnt look anything like the way the directions of the after care or didnt stick and inch out my mouth more stuck in the piercing. So me being the kind person I am I went back in to there facility on my way to the gym to ask a simple polite question, Was the piercing 2 small??? I had never been so embarred in my life.... The women whom I tiped 5.00$ was so rude and un porfessinoal to me. Insted of taking a minute or 2 out of her time she walked over to me in front of the whole staff and store looked at me and said R U PLAYING WITH IT , UM NO!! R U CLEANING IT UM YES, AS IF I WERE A CHILD AND I WOULDNT BE THERE IF I WASNT CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH!! WITCH IS THE FIRST CLUE TO YOUR COMPANY THAT I TAKE CARE OF MY SELF...... she then turned around and went backed 2 her piercing as she was screaming at the man at the front office to " help me" OMG never so embarrresed in my life. I left and my piercing was still stuck in my face and I waited a couple more days and went to a diffrnet shop and got a second and opinion sure enough I was right!!! The jewlery the used to pierce was not the right size with created alot of irritation to my piercing. The new shop asked me were I had gotten it done and in wich I told them they said that was your first mistake, I would have to agree with them !! Money isnt and issue with me im finanaly okay, I was going to go to a place close 2 home but my girlfrind and I meet half way, then 2 discover when we got there they were buy 1 get 1 was a added plus, but in the long run it was a worst choice I could have ever made. I then paid and additonal 15.00 to have my SMALL PEIRCING REPLACED WITH A NEW BIGGER 1. So I really didnt save !!! Well I feel like any normal person would want some type of appolgy or maybe even money back since I went back to your location with this concern and u still were rude and said I was okay.... My piercing was just "SWOLLEN" INSTAED WHEN I CALLED, THE SAME WOMEN IN WICH IS THE OWNERS GIRLFRIEND. WENT OFF ON MY FRIEND AND I SAID IT WASNT HER FAULT I WAS PLAYING WITH IT????? WICH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WOULD ASSUME THAT???? HUNG UP IN OUR FACE AND BOLCKED HER NUMBER. I CALLED THE BBS ON THIS PLACE AND THAT WAS SATAFATION ENOUGH!!! Just be carefull and make sure u r happy before u leave :) And as far as paramont THANK U FOR ALL YOUR WONDERFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IM GLAD 2 KNOW U R SO CONCERN ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS HEALT :)

Their 2 for $15 cost me $36, including a charge to use my debit card. Long wait & couldnt have my bottled water inside. They used a very long post on my Monroe so I kept biting it. And I accidently pulled out my new nose piercing but when I went in they wouldnt put another in. Instead I was sold 2 nose bones (another $20-because it hadnt been long enough yet for me to get the discounted $5 jewelry.) and told to see if I could do it myself. I went to Velvet Elvis where I was actually MEASURED for the right lengths and havent had a problem since. Oh, and while at paramount I asked about talking to the tattoo artist about an idea I have. They said it would cost $40 for the consultion and i needed an appointment.... And I should bring sample art work. (Yeah, ok. So whats the appointment for then?) The 2 for 15 is to get you in, but if you want something put in the hole itll cost you more. Not cheap in price, but cheap in quality. And forget it if youre looking for customer care. I wont go back to Paramount... even if it was free.... cuz thatd cost too. I recommend Velvet Elvis 100%.
