Herb Chambers Fiat of Worcester is a place you will surely receive superb professional service. As a loyal FIAT fanatic, and an independent professional female, I can truly say that no matter where I move to, I will remain loyal to this establishment! Being treated with respect and receiving honest, informative, knowledgeable, professional service goes a long way. Having conducted business with many dealerships, this one is the rare treasure I never anticipated finding, that I recommend all to visit. You will go and be treated like family, you will be very well cared for and appreciated, and you will receive more value than you would expect from the communications and experience; this goes for all departments in this establishment. In wanting to expand my horizons and the desire to have a vehicle with more room than the FIAT 500 Sport I love more than anything, my wish was granted when the 500 L was released. But initially I couldnt afford it on my budget. Frank put no pressure on me, but became instantly my business friend. He never forgot me and notified me if there was anything near possible within my budget. A couple months later I went in for service and stopped by to say hello to Frank and to see how everything was going. The next thing I knew, I left with a brand new 500 L that met all my expectations and was within my budget. It was magic. My sister called me and said I was rushing and that as a female, I should have a man with me to make sure I wasnt going to fall for any catches. I ignored this advice because I knew that this is the place where I will receive honesty and integrity during such a significant business transaction. My experience at this establishment has been consistently impressive and these professionals have never let me down. Working the numbers over the course of months demonstrated their true mission which is not just to make a sale and rush you out the door; no, this team works beyond their regular hours to take as long as the customer needs and to guarantee the customer is receiving whatever he or she needs. This is service catered to each individual customer; a rare jewel in this rushed environment we now live in. I will only return here for service and I will always go feeling like I am visiting familiar faces that Ive grown to know and appreciate. Asking how one anothers families are doing is just an example of how personal, and still highly professional, this establishment is. Please visit this location and if you are a FIAT fanatic, you will enjoy the impressive surprise within the 500 L! If you are like me and was hesitant initially about this model, take the time to see its features and you will grow to love it inside and out!

My experience with this dealer was a clown show to say the least. The day after Christmas I visited this dealership to purchase a Dodge Charger SE AWD (jazz blue pearlcoat). I arrived around 11am, and was the only customer in the showroom at that time. A young, well dressed salesman named Vinnie Johns worked with me. He told me that he was "new" and would help me in any way that he could. I specifically told him that I was looking for an SE Charger, and he told me that the "base" trim is SXT (which is false). I showed him a SE Charger listed on another dealers website on my phone and he gave me the deer in headlights look. We then proceeded to the lot to look at inventory. Despite me telling him again of the specific car that I wanted, he showed me cars that were $7,000- $10,000 outside my price range, with leather seats (that I didnt want). Once inside we made some small talk while one of the managers was crunching numbers. Vinnie told me that Fiat owns Chrysler, and that Fiat builds bad cars (No joke). I took that comment as admitting to a customer that you sell overpriced crap cars. Never in my life ( and Ive bought many cars) have I heard of a salesman say that about cars they sell. If the clown show couldnt have gotten worse, they were only going to give me $18,000 for my trade (a mint condition Accord with a little over 2,500 miles on it), and the payment grid they offered me was based on a $38,000 car (a Granite SXT ) that I didnt want, and the monthly payments were laughable ( approaching $800 per month). They also wanted me to put down $5,600 as a down payment ( for the bank to consider the loan, because of the negative equity in my trade), and Vinnie said theres no guarantee that even with that money down youll "be where you wanna be" in terms of payments. They didnt seem to care, and they didnt bother doing a payment grid for the car in the SE trim that I wanted (which sells for $8,000 less-an SE AWD goes for around $29,000). In the end, I walked out with no deal. A couple of days ago I emailed Vinnie ( after receiving an email from sales manager Mike Nicoletti about Presidents Day month deals), and as of now have not heard back. Not sure if hes ignoring me, or if he works there anymore. Bottom line is: I didnt have a good experience with this dealership at all. I wont recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new, or used vehicle.

In todays world when people are so busy, the last thing we have time for is writing a review. Typically, reviews are written to share negative experiences about a certain business however I believe in giving credit where it is due whether it is good or bad. After reading the previous reviews about this dealership, I knew that I had to share my thoughts as I think the car buying experience is one of the worst things a person can go through. Nobody LIKES to buy a new car but everyone LOVES to drive one. With that said, as consumers we instantly get anxiety when we drive on the lot of a car dealership since we have all had a horrible car buying experience at one time or another. I was fully prepared for a horrible experience when I visited this dealership. I was prepared for a pushy salesperson, an arrogant manager, and an inflated price. I went to this dealership basically knowing that I would hate it. I couldnt have been more wrong. My salesperson Eric was not pushy at all. Eric was polite, laid back, and helpful even when I was hesitant, crabby, and needy. I didnt sign on the dotted line the first day and visited the dealership two more times before finally deciding to make the purchase. On each visit, the staff was courteous and helpful and I never felt like they didnt have time for me. I met with the manager Mike who literally changed my opinion of the sales experience forever. I will buy everything from this guy in the future. From start to finish the entire experience was FAIR (seriously), easy and stress free. Since this purchase was for a 2nd vehicle that will not be a daily driver for me, I was not looking to spend as much as I did, but the exceptional deal that I was offered made it very difficult to walk away. On the last day that I went to look at the truck to make my final decision, Mike had the vehicle completely cleaned, it smelled great, and a few things that I had noticed before had already been taken care of. I have to say, that sealed the deal for me. A guy that listened to what I was looking for, and even took the initiative to get it right BEFORE I purchased the vehicle... can this be real? This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased in the last 9 years so I am very much aware of how awful of an experience this could have been. I am thankful to the staff and to Mike for making this experience a better one.
