Took our Cadillac there to repair a steering problem. Appointment was at noon. When we got there, we waited a hour and a half in the waiting area. We checked in again and still the car wasnt even looked at. Only then were we told that they had a shuttle service that could take us home while the car was still waiting to be inspected and diagnosed. What frustration. You would think theyd ask if we had a way of getting home since clearly it was going to take a while. Took 3 days to get our car back. We were told the car needed a new steering rack because the one we had was not a fit for the car. They would order it for the following day. Day 2: On that day I guess a part was missing from the order and they had to order the missing part for the following day. Another day without the only car we had to rely on. Day 3: We get a call telling us that the steering rack we had was actually the correct one and it does not need to be replaced. How furious I was! The car was kept for an extra day and it didnt even need to be. The Labour was so expensive and far exceeded the price of the parts they needed. I will never go there again. Completely dissatisfied.

I purchased a 2011 buick lacrosse in Nov. 2015 the motor went and system failed at 50 MPH on Sept 10th 2016. Although I was just out of milage warranty I should have been compensated by them providing labor or well ANYTHING ... I have now paid my 2nd payment on it since its been sitting in the yard. The service dept. is outright refusing any assistance. Not even a loaner until it could be figured out. Not an offer to repurchase and put me and my family in a safe vehicle .... just nothing! $15,000+ and a trade (thats @1666. A month as it ran for almost 9 months after purchase) my family is in a self provided rental. Mind you again I was traveling at 50 MPH when I went to turn the corner coming out of Groton heights and had no steering, brakes, or running engine.... I held it on the road the best I could until it rolled to a stop ! Phew were still alive but I certainly did not receive a "safe reliable car to transport my family" as requested when I gave my trust and $ to Littleton Chevroltet...

Stay away from the service department, I work for another Chevrolet dealer out of state. My girlfriends car is registered in new Hampshire. So I figured when it needed a state inspection to let them do an oil change at the same time. I was informed that 2 bulbs were out. They wanted to charge $80 labor to install them, are you kidding me?? I walked across the street to the auto part store, purchased 2 bulbs for $3 and installed them in under 2 minutes myself. I cant believe he had the balls to look me in the eye and say $80 labor for 2 minutes work. Even when he knew I worked for another Chevrolet dealer, I was wearing my dealership coat My dealer gives a good job at a fair price, this one gives you overpriced by about 1000% Stay away !! Be informed and see your own local mechanic This dealer gives all other dealers the bad rap !!

My car was towed here when it unexpectedly broke down. After 2 hours, I was told there was nothing wrong. I asked them to check it again because my battery light had flashed on when it happened, and 5 minutes later they said I was right and the battery was no good. What kind of mechanics dont check the basics first?? The prices were also ridiculous - especially labor cost, because its obvious that these people were wasting time to get more money. Why should I pay for the hour that you literally did nothing? If I ever had car issues and this was the only shop on earth to get my car serviced, I would rather buy myself a bike or walk for the rest of my life. This place is full of crooks; avoid at all costs.

My salesman, Tim Chapman, listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my new vehicle purchase, without pressure. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases Ive ever made and I dont regret it. Rick Dagesse, in Finance, got my payment where I wanted it, with the comfort of an extended warranty - so pleased about that. And Im grateful that Phil Pereira showed me how to access OnStar. During an icy ride to work about a week after purchasing my Equinox, I came upon a road closure (for nearly 2 1/2 hours) and was able to contact my husband through OnStar to let him know I was okay. Thank you, Tim, Rick and Phil, for everything you did to help me realize a great decision to buy my Equinox!

Great service. In the service department they are super friend and do quality work. However, when I went to pay the woman in the showroom that you pay for your work was very rude. Even though she was rude, I still recommend them as the work is great, done quickly and everyone in the back is super friendly. My car had to be kept overnight and they arranged a rental for me, made sure that I had everything that I needed (even the house key) out of my car, and didnt do any work until I approved it, and this was after taking me back and showing me what was needed, not just telling me.

Maurice Boyer will lie to your face. Make sure to read your contracts. I made a budget based around the information given that I would not have to make a payment until July. I now can not go to my summer internship as a result of his deception. This is after numerous questions payment based. Often car dealers are untrustworthy; Maurice is the stereotype confirmation. If I ever return here, I will ask for a different dealer; I suggest anyone who reads this do the same. I will say, my brother bought a car from Charlie. I would buy from him. He is awesome, the rest of the crew as well.

Had my used Buick for two weeks. The battery died and had to be replaced. We took the car to the dealer to be told the battery was not covered by warranty. The cost was over three hundred dollars. The salesman was able to give us one hundred dollars off the total bill. After the fact we found we could have gone to another repair shop and paid under the two hundred dollars for the same service. We will only use the dealer for the services we received when purchasing the car for the free oil change and tire rotation.

awesome experience John is very professional and understanding and really made himself available to my vehicle needs and me and took care of the problems and realized that the vehicle part failed and made sure it was corrected in a timely fashion. Charlie is the one you should go to to buy your new vehicle very helpful and does not pressure you will work with you in any situation he does not feel like a salesman more like a friend.
