My name is Olsi the owner of Olsi auto sales and I would like to reply on a customer that had left a bad review . This customer came to our dealership and told me he was looking for a cheap car and that he doesnt have much money. He tells me that he only has $400 to put down and could come up with another $500 in about a week or so. We have fairly new cars here but sometimes I get trade ins that are a little older and cheaper. The only car that I had in my lot and around his price range was a 1995 Toyota Corolla & it was for $900. Then he asked me if it was ok to bring it to his own mechanic which we actually prefer that a customer takes it to their own mechanic to feel comfortable about buying the car . After taking the car to his mechanic , he calls me and says my mechanic said everything checks out but 1 tire . He came back to my dealership and I changed a tire for him and he got his inspection . When he first purchased the vehicle it had 155,235 miles on it after a month later he comes back to the dealership and informed us that his muffler was broken & the odometer reads 158,000. His 1 month warranty had exprired . " By law " 30 days or 1.250 miles whichever comes first . With that said , I still decided to help him out and fixed his muffler for FREE knowing his situation that he was tight with money . Then , a month later he comes back to my dealership and the odometer now reads 161,273 miles . He comes in very disrespectful and very rude to me and my manager and the rest of the staff . Tells us that his car has problems , we told him that we would look at it and find out what is going on . He yells and say " NO!!! " F you all.... I want my money back . We tried to talk to him in a respectful manner but he wasnt having it . He brings in his mother and she says to us that we should refund his money back because now we have extra money to purchase another car . I understand his frustration and I tried to be reasonsble but all he was telling me is " give me ,give me, give me " for example give me a car for $900 and give me a option to pay $400 now and hold the car for me for a week and give me time to pay the remaining $500 and give me a car so I can use it for 2 months and roughly put 5000 miles and give me every penny back , that just doesnt make any sense . After all the rudeness and him being disrespectful , I still decided to refund his money back and he goes on my page and writes a bad review ! Thanks a lot .

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM OLSIS AUTO ON PARK AVE IN WORCESTER!!! They sold my pregnant girlfriend and i a car that wasnt worth its weight in a scrap yard. Told us it was perfectly safe and had zero problems i took it to a mechanic it would cost more than three times what i payed for it just to make it a little bit safer. I got a rejection sticker and brought it to them all they did was have a buddy put a fony sticker on it and didnt fox a thing then after putting a grand into the thing i had to scream and fight for hours just to get the money i payed for the car back. They are nogetthing but scumbag crooks!!!!! Im now buying a car at a LEGITIMATE dealer thank god. Not to mention when i was waiting for them to write the check i was physically threatened by their "manager". Most unprofessional people ive ever come across. What a joke

I worked at Olsis for about a year and for the duration of my employment I cant count the number of happy satisfied customers that came and left and continued to come to us to service there vehicles. But obviously there were a few ppl who were dissatisfied or who always wanted something more, and Olsi would always be there to step up and fix the problem or whatever it was the customer wanted. Comes with a roadside service agreement 3. Really nice office staff Things that couldve been better: 1. The car had a battery issue within 4 weeks of the purchase ( as it got colder) and he made us purchase the battery.
