Let me just start by saying this has taken me some time to put down in words becuz i really did"nt know how to put my feeling down .I went thru a very hard divorce about two years ago ,i ended up with a Gmc sierra pick up truck , stick shift ,extended cab, 4 door ....Im 5 feet tall and always drove a car... needless to say i had to go car shopping , at this point i was very untrusting of trying to car shop as a now single woman alone..i went to several places and dealt with all kinds of people none of whom i trusted in the least bit! I kept driving by this place (choice auto center) which is very close to my home .so one night i just drove thru to see what they had to offer..i liked the cars they were all very nice and all good quality ..like this dealer is not just putting anything on his lot to try to sell .. i went there very untrusting , and sat down with Ray and met his sons Paemon and Shayan, and other staff members as well , we clicked is the only way to describe it ,i felt so comfortable and i made the decision to trust in Ray and let me tell you im truely grateful to God that i did, because they have been nothing but wonderful to me ! I feel very blessed first with my first car- bmw that i brought , but about a year later i was involved in an accident, where the car my beloved bmw was totalled .Ray and his sons and staff helped me thru getting a second car from them that was done in a blink of an eye easy. Another bmw330xi i;m very happy with ,I trusted Ray and we had built up trust in each other , ,i really look forward to going there because its such a great visit the laughs,mostly thanks to (pierre) the smiles, the huggs,I feel alot of graditude that i found choice auto center and know Ray ,Paemon and Shayan and theo the mechanic , pierre ,the front desk staff is always so cordial and friendly , the customer service is great , i couldnt expect anything more!! They went put of their way for me and i appreciate it all but (pierre you got to keep up when following me) :) I personally will never go any where else for a car.Thank you so much for all the trust ,at a time in my life when i really needed it.Ive learned alot in life and my circle of friends is tight, but you are in the circle !! i recommend this place to people all the time and will continue to!! Thank you Ray for everything ,i mean this from my heart . this place is 5 stars for sure!! i need to bring shayan some cookies,Rays sons treat me with such respect ,why would i ever think about another dealership?!

Thank god I saw how they treat their customers before I signed papers for my potential new car yesterday!! I witnessed someone else come in to try to get their deposit back because they changed their mind about a car they had wanted to purchase from Choice and oh my god rude doesnt even describe the way he was treated! They ignored the gentleman trying to get his refund for abour 30 mins while they were working with me, I said they could go ahead and help him. The man said he wanted his $500 back in cash and was told he couldnt have it back as cash and it had to be a check, the man seemed disapointed. I even butted in to say that if he paid in cash it should be cash back and the owner of the dealership began to get frustrated. He repeatedly tried to pressure the gentleman into bringing his girlfriend down to talk about the car and saying he could convince her to buy it. The owner just seemed to be very rude and unprofessional when dealing with a customer who changed their mind, it made me re-think my potential purchase. I ended up leaving without making my purchased based on this incident, Im glad I was there to see it. I just couldnt believe the level of disrespect for the other customer and the hassle over getting a deposit back. I will continue on my search for a new car at a larger, more reputable dealership to avoid having issues and being verbally assaulted like the altercation I saw in their office yesterday. I will now be checking reviews of dealerships online before I make my purchase because it doesnt seem like the first time a customer of Choice was treated this way. To be honest, I think the "Happy Customer" review below sounds like the owner of the dealership and his wording from my experiences talking with him. Buyers beware, do your homework before making a big purchase, Im glad I did!!

I recently purchased at car from this place. I did a ton of shopping around and found the make and model I wanted here. Everything went very well. All of the staff was very helpful and they gave me decent cash for my trade in. I took her for a test drive and pointed out some small things that needed to be done. Serp belt, brakes, oil change. MY sales agent told me they had been done. Only front brakes were done. Twenty miles from driving it off the lot, the check engine light comes on with a blinking cruise control light. This is a common issue in the car I bought, so I brought it to school (mechanic student) to find the code and bring it back to them for fixing. When I opened the scan tool, I found they have simply been clearing the same code every time time after someone test drove it. Down to the dates that it was reset. Very unprofessional. Pretty sickening to a mechanic. Needless to say, I really dont want to even bring it back to them even though its under warranty. I know they will simply clear the code again and send me on my way. When I came to these folks I needed a car very badly as the one I was driving just completely hit its limits and wouldnt hold out any longer. They worked with my sub par credit score and even worse trade in and didnt make me feel subhuman about it either like other dealerships. However the neglect from clearing the code rather than fixing is unforgiveable. I really dont want to deal with these folks again. Nice people. Substandard vehicles.

We live in the UK and decided to buy and import an American car as a Christmas present for my father. Up until we came across Choice Auto Centre, the whole process had been a pain in the neck. Very few dealerships understood when I explained that we were buying from overseas, and many would bombard us with emails asking when we could drop by for a visit - despite us living on another continent. When we called Choice Auto Centre, we knew we were in good hands. Paemon and his family were happy to answer all of our questions about taxes, fees, documentation and such. When we hired an inspector to test drive the car, they were happy for him to jack it up, take it for a drive and snap over a hundred photos. The guys at Choice also filmed a video of the car in action and sent it to us for extra peace of mind. They were friendly, patient and always available when we needed them. Best of all, they were not pushy like most car salesmen. This allowed us to make an informed and reasoned decision. We have had the car for about two weeks now and everyone loves it. It is exactly as described and a joy to drive. Paemon and his family even sent a handwritten thank you card. All in all, we experienced friendly, honest, and straightforward service from a proud family business. If I ever find myself living in Massachusetts, Ill know where to go!
