I was blown away by excellent service. Robert is a gem. He told me upfront what to expect and told me that if its something minor and if he just has to reset the phone there will be no charge. Before that I had gone to the Apple store where I was told that I would have to make an appointment online before they would see me - NO WALK INS. Robert fixed my phone in 2 minutes , yes 2 minutes and did not charge me anything. I will go there for all my future phone repairs.

Very bad and rude staff! Went there for my iPhone 6 plus. The guy looked at it and said its a software problem and that I had to buy a new phone ... didnt make any sense. Therefore I went to the Fast Repair the staff were very friendly and very helpful I had my phone fixed right away and for FREE!!!

Had my iphone 6 shattered glass screen replaced at this store same day , 15-20 mins max wait. Efficient and fast service!!! Great store manager Stephen Lopez help and fixed my phone himself, highly recommended

He replaced the screen on my Nexus tablet. Months later, no issues. The price was about what I expected to pay anywhere (which is not to say cheap). Very happy with the service, and will probably use again.

Great spot for screen repairs, servicing your phone, or buying and installing accessories. Friendly staff will give you the best option for you, not necessarily for the shop. So I keep coming back.

The San Mateo location has better prices and faster turnaround. Sf location told me $75 and two days for repair. San Mateo said $45 and only half hour wait for repairs to be done.
