I purchased my 2010 dodge journey on April 28, 2016. Love the car, Sean was great and for the most part the overall experience was great. Had to have it serviced before my 30 days, drive time covered the problems. 2 weeks ago the horn stars blowing at random while driving or sitting still. My employer nearly fired me because of the noise and nuisance at work. I pulled the fuses and no more horn. It isnt covered under the extended warranty and dodge says no recalls. Not happy. Last week after putting about 1800 miles on the car the oil change required comes on. I take it in for an oil change once again great service at the Shadeland service center. One week later, this morning I go to leave for an appointment and my car is completely dead. Nothing was left on. I find some one to jump start the car for me. Let it run for about a 1/2 hour, take it OREILLY auto parts, they run a battery and alternator test, alternator is good, battery is bad, no good. Less than 8 weeks and now I have to buy a $150 battery because it isnt covered. Why was the battery not checked to begin with? Why sell me a car wit a bad battery? Not happy at all. I call the service center and guess what. Nope they wont help or cover any cost for a bad battery they should have replaced before selling the car. Seriously considering taking my service issues some where else from now on. So not happy anymore with my car and its apparent weekly problems and problems that should have been avoided. Giving a 4 star only because the dealer and salesman I bought the car from were very good to me at the Lafayette st location in Indianapolis.

I would recommend DriveTime on Lafayette Rd to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I researched for weeks before I decided what type of vehicle I wanted and based on customer satisfaction where I wanted to buy it. DriveTimes website was easy to review the different vehicles available on all the lots. Upon our arrival to the Drive Time lot we were met at the door by Seth and immediately he found the car I had spotted on the website. He showed us additional vehicle to make sue the one I had come to the lot for was the perfect vehicle for me. Seth showed us options to make our payments less and special features DriveTime customer have available. Even though Seth was extremely busy the day of our purchase we did not feel rushed or like he didnt have time to assist us. Seth took the time to completely go over all the options the vehicle I purchased had and showed us how the unique features worked. When we looked around during this demonstration I noticed all the sales associates were as attentive to the customers experience. During the processing of our loan we were also impressed by Seans customer service and ability to make the paperwork easy to understand. Both men made this purchase stress free and an enjoyable experience!

I highly recommend DRIVE TIME for anyone looking for a good, reliable used car. I went there yesterday afternoon. Everyone in the store was very courteous and knowledgeable. After checking my financial status, they told me I was approved for any of about 10 cars on their lot. I checked out 4 ........ a sedan, 2 vans, and a PT Cruiser. I especially liked one of the vans. We ended up purchasing a 2007 Dodge Caravan. Its in excellent condition with relatively low mileage. We used my car as a trade in even though it wasnt in the best shape. Drive Time even handled changing the license plate from my previous car to the new one, eliminating a trip to the BMV!! The location we visited is at 38th and Lafayette Road, on Indys west side. They also have a facility on the east side of the city. As part of the deal, I have a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty, plus 3 free oil changes for 3 years. I was completely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car

Hi my name is Commander Anderson I had a very very special night here at DriveTime I have nice salesman name is Nick I have another one and be an lr3 awesome guys Nick was the very first one I met a moving around busy taking care of business I really appreciate that he was trying to work with me as well and multitask very well after lunch I came back met all those things work as they were really good co-workers they help me get the thing that I want it I was very upset about what I wanted but they stuck with me walk me to show me other cars at other places than other Drive times and everything went very well I dont really appreciate it for my being nick and Colby are awesome guys they solve my problem today I needed a car today and they really try and help me get it anybody Ill recommend always come to drive time here and 38th Street in Indianapolis Indiana thanks guys

I had 1 day to buy a vehicle because mine was down. I dealt with Shawn Booker and Sean Kreig. Shawn wasnt knowledgable of their process or the vehicle I was interested in. He took my app and that was it. He didnt inform me how they operate as far as payments work. I looked at several vehicles and decided on 1. He didnt inform me about how much I needed to put as a down payment. They BOTH reassured me the one vehicle I wanted would be there in a couple of days. I sold my vehicle and when I called the dealership to get the vehicle I wanted I was told the vehicle was gone! I was told I would get a call and never did! The vehicle I had to end up going with had urine and food stains on the front passenger seat. Go to other sales people not these 2! And avoid Lawrence as well. Hes more clueless than the other 2!

Ive bought a car from them before and now I needed another drive stuck by there word and they put me in one not just that but what I wanted even had someone drive out of state to pick it up the whole time I was in contact with Seth he automatically tool care even tho somethings was not done on my end he called me for about a month making sure I was good but when I became able to get the car it was all easy from there drive down meet him and another co worker of his he was busy closing out another customer so he let Nick take care of me from there even got bad news while I was there and the concern that was shown was great offered tissue and water and was not greed even asked if I wanted to reschedule I appreciate everything thanks guys and thank you drivetime

The whole drivetime experience for me started in Atlanta...The approval process was fast and no hassle...I couldnt find a vehicle there and found my perfect car..2011 Sonata Limited....but it was in Indianapolis! I called and got Ashley...she was amazing...she helped me facilitate the deal between Atlanta and Indiana....I drove up today...She came in on her DAY OFF to personally finish the deal. The car drove and looked amazing...she filled up the tank and set every up in less than 1 hour. I drove 8 hours back in style....DriveTime definitely earned my business...they were very professional and did what they said. If youre in the Indianapolis area...Please go see Ashley...even if youre not in the area but see a car you like there...its worth the drive!!!
