I bought a 00" civic here, two weeks later the engine siezed. I took it back to them to fix, wth many excuses and absolutely no calls from them when the used engine might be put in or a call back when I called it took 2 MONTHS for them to put in the used engine. The week I got it back noticed is stuttering so I took it to another shop and the mechanic came out and asked me who put the engine in because he wanted to know where NOT to refer people to. They said the distributor cap was cracked, broken screws and plugs were old. WORST REPAIR SHOP AND SERVICE, but great if all you are expecting is to pay them for a used car just dont expect to much is somethng does go wrong. Youve been warned!!

Bought an 05 ford, was treated with utmost respect and didnt feel pressured or pushed into anything, Dan was very informative and helpful in explaining every aspect if the loan and conditions with me and even explained things he didnt have to. I waited to buy from them and am glad I did. A week after my purchase I found out my truck had a head gasket issue and the was no hesitation or question about it getting fixed, it happened right away, I would refer anyone personally. Very happy with my experience with patton automotive.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. A small town dealership that really cares and puts their customers first. I drove 6 -1/2 hrs one way to buy a truck. After further inspections I discovered some minor issues with the truck. Dan sat down with me and reduced the final price to where is was a fair price to the both of us. There was little pressure from him on the deal which made working with them even better. Will definitely be recommending him to others. The drive was well worth it

They not only talked on the phone with me to find out if they could make it work (instead if just saying "we dont know, youll have to come in before we can help") but they stayed several hours after they were closed to let me test drive and find a car. I bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado from Dan. I was from Ohio and did all the work over the phone trusting Dan on the details and specs he gave me about the truck. He was very reasonable and honest about every question I had. I was not very nervous driving to pick up the truck from Ohio knowing the great communication I had with Dan at Patton Automovite. Came in on whim. Been looking for a truck for a while now. I came in at 430 and test drove the one I liked. Got back a little after 5. Decided to go ahead and finally upgrade. They took my vehicle in on trade for my down payment and that was painless as well. Taking both vehicles home so I can transfer all things over. I cant say anything other than I love my local businesses. They treated me right and thats all I can ask for.
